I explained all of this in the above statement.

. They were referred to us by the moving company. They gave us an estimate. They came in late and they under estimated. We had some boxes left from our previous move and they were willing to use those which cut the price down quite a bit. It was a two men team. They came in on time and completed their work in the minimum time. They were very pleasant and thorough. When we unpacked on the other end everything was in great condition. I would use them in the future.

We contacted King Moving company after reading reviews here. They sent a person(I am extremely sorry I don't remember the name since my husband talked to him during quote) to our house. He was extremely nice and professional and gave us suggestions to reduce cost of our move since they charge per hour. He quoted $165 per hour for 6 people and also gave us maximum amount beyond which we will not have to pay anything even if the job took longer. We were extremely happy with the move. 6 people came and completed the move in 3 1/2 hours. They were working constantly and very courteous. They took great care in moving to make sure that our floors or house is not damaged. It was important for us since both the house have wood floors everywhere. I hope we do not move again in near future :-) but if we do I will definitely use King Moving again and highly recommend them.

King's employee Ruben was sent out on the day we called to inquire about the company, and he came to size up the job. I e-mailed Greg three times before the pick-up date with various questions, all of which he answered promptly and thoroughly. Originally, they were going to load the truck on a Tuesday morning and drive straight to San Antonio, but because I couldn't finish last-minute packing of some personal items and chase the truck there, owner Greg King re-arranged it so that his crew would pick up on Monday evening and drive down Tuesday morning. They also changed the moving date when I asked because I was still waiting on final word from my new employer on when I would actually start there. The crew of 8 arrived a little early on the designated Monday evening, but they waited until a second truck arrived (although it turned out that they didn't need a 2nd truck anyway). In only about an hour, all the furniture and boxes were loaded on the truck. All the furniture was carefully wrapped, which was important to me because I have three pieces of custom-made, irreplaceable wooden furniture, and I didn't want anything scratched, which had happened in a previous move with a different company. The crew even moved a large piece of furniture that was staying at the house from one room to another so that my husband and I wouldn't need to do it. Greg also agreed to let my parents meet the truck in San Antonio because I knew his crew could leave earlier than we could and my parents live in the area. In fact, by the time we had arrived, Ruben and one other employee had completely unloaded everything up to the 2nd-floor apartment, accepted payment from my parents, and were already on their way back to Dallas. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and my parents (who are veterans of 17 household moves) were impressed with the politeness and professionalism of Greg's crew.

They did a very good job. Efficient ! We had everything very organized for them to move. It was not a hard move. They still did a very good job !

This was probably one of the best moves, we had. It was a really hot day. When they take the load inside of the house, and when they were done, they would run back to the truck to get the load. They never took a break. They were constantly working the whole time. It was about four hours move both the locations. I was able to witness, the loading in one location and unloading in the other location. They hustle the whole time. It was a fantastic move. They answered all the questions that I had. They moved extra stuff around the house that I needed. They did an excellent job. Nothing was broken and they handled everything with care. I was very pleased. They were very reasonable for what I needed and for what they provided. They made sure the move went well.

Movers were on time, move us rapidly but efficiently and were at our destination in good time and unloaded promptly. They were courteous, careful, prompt and efficient. Would use again.

We have used King Moving Company for both a full move and a delivery. We moved into our home in May 2010 and they were excellent. All members of the team were polite and careful with our items. They came on time and the price we paid was exactly the same as the estimate. I think that the price was $800 to move a house full of furniture. They were, by far, the cheapest quote we received. We used them again in October 2010 to get a dining room set from my in-laws in Waco. King Moving brought it from Waco to Dallas as promised. I can't remember how much they charged, but we thought it was inexpensive. They deserve all of the positive reviews they receive on Angie's List.

They were punctual and careful with my furniture. They were reasonably priced and I had a great experience with them. They were very fast in their job and I was very pleased with them. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

King moving worked with me even though i changed my dates a couple of times. they drove down from dallas, packed my one room apartment up and had everything unloaded back in dallas before i could even make it back to dallas. they were punctual, on time, clean and kept off my property unharmed. They were totally awesome and i got to speak to the same person everytime i called the office. that had not been my experience in the past. Will use them again and recommend them to everyone i hear is moving. you might think that is a little steep for a one bedroom move, but i have learned the hard way you might have to pay a little more for good moving services. it was worth every penny, they did great and none of my stuff got damaged.

I called King to get an estimate and received a very quick call back. I setup the move for the following Friday. I was the last on the list for the day and expected them to arrive fairly late in the day. I contacted them at about 3 pm to ensure they were coming, and received an immediate call back. I was told they would be on their way soon and they were. The 3 men arrived on time and quickly got to work. I wasn't sure what to expect as I had a bad experience with a different company 6 months prior. They are hourly so I was concerned they may try to go a little slower to ensure the move lasted longer. Boy was I surprised! They moved very quickly, but also very carefully. They moved everything I asked with care and professionalism. I expected the move to take at least 3 and half hours, but instead it took about 2 and a half. When we were finished loading, I got into my car to have them follow me to the new location. Unfortunately, I had left my doors open for so long while I loaded my van that it caused the battery to die. The movers were very kind and they jumped my car without question. They didn't charge me for the extra time either. While I hope to not move again for a very long time, if I do, I will definitely be calling King again. I will also recommend them to my friends and family.

Excellent. Movers were very punctual, courteous, and careful. No delaying on the job. It went very quickly.

Spoke to Mr. King on the phone to get a quick quote. I was happy with the quote recieved and set up a moving date. The 3 man crew showed up right on time and when they got the truck/trailer set up they got down to business. Being in an apartment these guys had me loaded up and ready to go in less than 45min and didnt scratch or ding anything. Great group of guys and company and would highly recommend them. King Moving has a high rating and reviews for a reason. Best 200 bucks ive spent on moving ever.

There were 3 men. They were efficient, fast and professional. Pleased with results.

Our experience with King Moving was wonderful! The team of 3 called before arrival, arrived on time, took inventory of what they would be moving, started packing the moving trailer and disassembling washer/dryer, tables, etc. They were done with packing in about an hour. They drove to the new location (very carefully and slowly) and it took about 2 hours to unload, reassemble washer/dryer, tables, etc. We had not unpacked the drawers of our chests in our bedroom and they informed us they would be more than happy to carry the drawers full, but they would have to be removed from the chest and it would take more time in the move since they would have to be carried individually. We didn't mind the extra time, it was worth not packing them up. They had all of their own packing materials and shrink wrap for protection of furniture. I was nervous beforehand about how large of a trailer they would have and how much they could fit in one load. The trailer was huge! It could have probably moved our entire house. We paid for 3 hours of moving and I tipped the team. We even got an Angie's List discount! We will be using King Moving again to move us from our apartment into our new house.

He did an excellent job for me. He had 5 guys over and packed the truck up with everything in my house in 2 hours. Thy didn't break anything during the move and when we got to Georgia they unloaded everything into the house. Overall a great all around experience.

I used King Moving this past summer to move a china cabinet that I bought on consignment. They were suggested by the store owner and I had a positive move that day. (Some people complain about the pricing of delivery service, but they used more fuel that day for one piece of furniture than they did today for a small move. I think they charge a really fair price and definitely do a good job taking care of your furniture.) I didn't realize that King had moving services until I found them on Angie's List. I was so happy to see them here, but went ahead and read the reviews. They are clearly the top Dallas provider and I was thrilled to hire them again. My estimate went smoothly, and everything was spelled-out for me in writing. They even send a reminder email before the move. Today went great. The guys were friendly, well-dressed, and very professional. I had put everything that needed to be moved either in the garage or by the front door, except for the large furniture which I left in place. I also had a large iron fence piece that I wasn't sure what to do with because it needs to stay with the house when we sell (it's a child-proof fence and gate that goes by the pool and it doesn't fit in our shed). One of the guys helped me look for a place to put it that wouldn't look weird during an Open House, but since there was no place to put it they took it to storage and will return it when they come back to move us out when we sell. They did a nice job organizing the storage unit, and they put things exactly where I wanted them to (good listening!!) so I could access certain things during the selling process. I will absolutely be using King Moving Company again when I move into the next place. I was glad to have the opportunity to work with them on an inexpensive job first to see how I'd feel having them do the big move. I am very confident moving forward that my furniture will arrive in perfect condition and that all my walls will be intact!

They were on time and worked very efficiently and quickly. My Mom and Sister were waiting at the apartment in Plano for their arrival. They placed all the furniture where requested and made sure that all the boxes were in the proper rooms. Nothing was missing or damaged. I would highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them again for any type of move - large or small!

I found King Moving on Angie's List, and I'm so glad I did! Someone came out and did a survey of my household goods the day after I called them. The 4 movers arrived right on time and were extremely professional AND fast! The owner even followed up right after the service was performed to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Oh...and don't forget to let them know that you found out about them through Angie's list so that you can get the special discount. I would highly recommend King Moving to everyone I know!

Perfect. The building where the office furniture was required certain insurance coverages & King Moving Co. was able to provide exactly what the building wanted. They showed up on time & moved everything with no damage to the furniture or building. The communication that this company provides is exactly what you would want/expect. A+ operation!

The movers were to be here between 10:30 - 12:00 and they called before 10:30 asking if they could come over early....SWEET! I will tell my friends about my experience with King Movers and would use them again!

The King Moving guys arrived on time, loaded the furniture and boxes in about an hour and headed to Granbury. Unloading was fast and efficient. The two-man crew was polite, fast and professional. I can recommend King Moving without any reservations; I would definitely use them again.

This is the easy part......Mr. King personally came out and talked to me about the move. He went through the house and garage to look at what sized trailer would be needed. He explained everything in easy to understand detail. I had gotten rid of several items so they came back out to look again, and this time he sent the crew lead who would be in charge of my move. Super nice people. When they arrived on the 13th, everything was loaded and secured in the trailer within 2.5 hours by a crew of 5. The load was delivered on the 15th to our new address in lower Louisiana. These guys drove 8 hours (2 in this crew), unloaded the trailer in 2 hours, and headed back all in the same day. There was NOTHING damaged or missing. I can't speak highly enough of this company, crew, and owner. This was by far the least stressful move I've ever made. My hats off to these guys who have a very difficult job. The moving crew is the best I've had. Thank you Mr. King and Staff for making this move so easy AND very inexpensive compared to so many others.

They did an excellent job. They worked very h****** a very hot day and did everything we asked of them and the cost came in under their estimate which was considerably less than the other companies I got estimates from. The owner of the company called me several times to cinfirm that his workers were doing everything we needed and that they were working hard. I was VERY satisified and would highly recommend them to anyone needing dependable, hard working movers. Also, I thought it was great that they didn't break or scratch anything, including the walls at both houses. To King Moving Company...Thanks for doing a great job.

The move went very well. We interviewed three moving companies to handle our move and chose King Moving to handle the job. They were a little more expensive than some of their competitors, but the care their crew used in moving our stuff was well worth it. They even had to remove the front door at our old house to get the refrigerator out. We would definitely recommend them.
