The guys showed up early and started right away and continued to work every second they were there. I enjoyed their attitude and they never complained about anything extra that had to be done. I would definitely use this company again for any small or large move.

Move went smoothly. Guys showed up early and were ready to go. They were quick and efficient. A tv stand did get damaged in the moving tuck on the way over. They had it repaired and delivered back to me a few days later. Things can go wrong during a move and I was impressed at how they took care of me. They also sent me a restaurant gift gar for the inconvenience. That was greatly appreciated! I would use them again. If you are moving soon call them now!

My past two moves were really bad experiences, so I wanted to ensure this move went smoothly. I looked at many different companies and read lots of reviews. I chose King Moving Company due to its Angie's List reviews, and I'm so glad that I did. I contacted them via email and voiced my concerns about past moves. Omar was very responsive and helpful, offering me a few different choices of how many movers, number of trailers, and cost. I chose one that fit my wants/needs best (4 movers, 1 trailer) and scheduled the move. The movers were scheduled to arrive between 7-8am, and they called and came around 7:10am. Very prompt. I have A LOT of stuff for an apartment, so I walked them through the place and gave them information about everything that needed to go. They were incredibly courteous, never complained, and worked very quickly to get all of my things loaded. When we arrived at my house, they were swift in unloading and putting things exactly where I wanted them. Unfortunately, most of the heavy furniture was going upstairs, but again, no complaints at all. The move took about 5-6 hours, but that was better than my last move which took about 8 hours. Like I said, I have a lot of stuff. Before leaving, one of the movers went room-by-room with me to ensure all furniture was where I wanted it. These guys were great, and I'd hire them again in a second. Kind, courteous, and best of all, no scratches on my furniture!

Omar was very responsive on working me into there very busy schedule. He set my move up within two weeks of my call. The guys showed up on time as scheduled, reviewed the items to be moved and started in without hesitation. They securely packed all the items in a large trailer in just over an hour. Our trip to the new location was just 30 minutes away and again, a quick walk through review and the guys unloaded just as quickly as they loaded. It was the most efficient move I have had. The complete move was just over 3 hours. It was a great move and I would definitely use them again and highly recommend. Omar called me directly after the move and then again days later to make sure I was completely satisfied. King Moving has great movers and customer service.

The first person I spoke to was very nice and listened carefully to what I needed, then asked me to email a list of the furniture to be moved so he could judge trailer size, time and manpower requirements. I did so and received a time and materials rate estimate with a choice of a three or four man crew. I estimated how long the job would take - given that it included 3 hours total of driving from one location to the other and back and approved the rate and a 3-man crew. They crew arrived on time with a trailer that was larger than we needed. They patiently and attentively listened to my instructions then started to carry the requested items out. They worked quickly and efficiently and loaded the trailer in less time than I had estimated. We met again at the second location an hour and a half later. The crew moved the old furniture downstairs and the new furniture upstairs. The bed was reassembled and everything unloaded and moved into place. The old furniture that was to go back to Carrollton was loaded into the trailer and the crew left for the first location. An hour and a half later, the trailer was unloaded again and the bed reassembled. We chose King Moving because of their great reviews on Angies List and also because they were insured. The crew was very personable in addition to being professional and executed the job with care and efficiency. The move ended up costing about 30% less than my estimate; I was particularly pleased that the driving time was clearly door-to-door without any breaks. We will have to move appliances and more furniture after the house is sold and I will use King Moving again for that.

They arrived 15 minutes early, walked-through the house, asked us to clarify what items we would transport ourselves (delicates/electronics) and then proceeded to clear the house. We had 98% packed already and spent the time finishing the loose items while they pulled items out of the house. The appliances were unhooked and removed easily. We have an Elliptical Runner which is real heavy and they had no problem rolling it out and up into the truck. At the new house it took about 3 1/2 hours to unpack and we watched everything come off and direct where it went. They were careful with everything. After this was done we returned to the Storage Unit and quickly packed it and brought it back to the house were it went in the garage. Overall it took 8 hours. The 3 movers were very polite, asked questions easily, and answered ours well. We are pleased with the service King Moving provide and recommend them.

I had a great experience and will be using Kings Moving for all my future moves. First of all they use a trailer so what I thought for sure would be two loads (even got quoted 2 loads by every other moving company) fit all in one load. Curtis made sure everything for this move went smoothly, and the only minor problem I had was resolved quickly. After the job was done Mr. King called me himself just to make sure everything was done to the highest standards. These guys worked very hard and went above and beyond. Ruben the head mover made sure everything was put in the right place and set up to my liking. I would recommend King Moving to anyone that needed to move.

They were reasonably price and did a good job. For the most part, they were careful and courteous. The price turned out to be less than I thought it would be so it was a pleasant surprise.

I originally spoke to Omar to discuss and set a date for our move from Plano, TX to Fairview, TX. Omar quoted me an estimate over the phone. I was impressed with his professionalism and willingness to help us. Our move date was July 13 and at 7:30 am 4 associates showed up at our apartment door to begin the move. All four men were professional and worked very hard to not waste any time in loading up their truck with our possessions. The actual move took approximately 6 hours with no breaks. The high point of this move was when "Ted" was getting ready to move our bedroom set - he found an earring underneath the bed hidden in the carpet that I had lost for almost a year. He gave me the earring and I was so excited I gave him a hug and did my happy dance. I must commend all four associates for doing a great job and for being in good humor in 100 degree heat . Thank you "Buck", "Eddie", "E " and "Otto" for a job well done.

My experience with King Moving Co. was very positive. Omar was very responsive and helpful in setting up the move date and time; I received a confirmation call the business day before my move reiterating the timing of the move; and the movers arrived right on time. The three-man crew who moved me was professional and fast. They had me moved out of a storage unit and into my new apartment in less than two hours.

Contacted King moving to set up move date. Met with Omar to get some wardrobe boxes a couple of weeks prior to the move. Omar was extremely helpful and professional. King moving was set up to arrive early on Friday June 7th to move all large items and all boxed items we wanted as well. 4 individuals arrived right on time and started working almost immediately and worked almost solid (except for a few short water breaks and short lunch) until they finished. They were extremely careful with the furniture and asked quite a few questions to be certain of location of many of the items in the new house. With Angies list discount, I couldn't have been more pleased with the price. Actually thought it was going to be more. Price shown above is approximate, can't remember exact dollar amount, but it is close if not exact. Staff were all professional and would use again. As a matter of fact, received call after the move from Mr King to make sure all went well to my satisfaction. I told him I couldn't have been happier and that they were very hard working and careful.

King Moving was awesome! The guys showed up about 15 minutes early, were courteous of our neighbor's cars and started to work right away. They were very careful to note any dings or damage on our furniture before they moved anything. We have some heavy, bulky furniture and they had it loaded and ready to go in about two hours. We have a bunk bed that requires quite a bit of assembly/disassembly and they were very careful to make sure it was done right. They also installed our washer and dryer - and let us know the new connections had leaks. The guys worked very hard the entire time they were on the job. Our move took about 5.25 hours in total - it took a little longer due to the bunk bed (and we have a lot of stairs to navigate). We have recommened King Moving to another neighbor - they moved a week before we did. They had the same crew we did and they also had wonderful things to say. Before I hired King, I looked into a few other companies. King is the best - worth every penny!

It went very well. They were courteous, quick and careful. The only problem we had waas that the washer got dinged, but the owner called me to apologize and paid to have it repaired.

The King Moving guys were great. Even before the move they were able to meet me to hand off the free wardrobe boxes that they provide (which saved me a lot of money). The GM (Omar) and owner (Steve) helped me load them in my car personally. The day of the move they showed up on time and ready to go. The only small glitch was that they showed up with a 3 man crew instead of 4. Not a problem as the owner personally called me to tell me they would only charge me for 3 but would get the 4th guy out to me ASAP. Nothing was broken nor damaged and they even helped with stuff like setting up the washer/dryer and arranging furniture. I would definitely hire these guys again. They know what they are doing.

The move went really well - I was told I would get a call from 7am - 8am and the they showed up at 7:10am ready to rock. They provided 8 free wardrobe boxes (which was awesome); while they were moving our already boxed stuff I went to work filling the wardrobe boxes. They moved with a good pace considering the flight of stairs as soon as you entered the apartment, that made it pretty difficult. Before they touched anything they would make sure to get your attention to notify you if there was a chip, scratch or mark on your furniture to make you aware. They brought down all the furniture and wrapped them with moving quilts and saran wrap and tied them down to ensure no movement during the drive. Within 3 hours (including drive time) all of our belongings were moved into our new house. This was my second time using movers and King Moving Company did a great job - the only thing I thought was a little steep was the $55.00 fuel charge (I moved 6 miles down the road) but that overall price was pretty equal to other companies. When you call you will get Omar and he is a good guy to do business with and very knowledgeable about this business. He will ask you detailed questions about the layout of the house you are moving out of to get a better understanding of the quote he is giving you.

I've moved 7 times and King movers was by far the best. They were fast, efficient, and took great care with my things. There was not a single scratch or mark on any of my things or the walls, and they had to move some large furniture down a pretty steep and narrow staircase. Plus the price is very reasonable. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

These movers were fantastic. They showed up on time, they were extremely friendly and professional. They took great care with my furniture, and moved everything efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company. The only thing to be aware of is that there is an up-charge for using a credit card.

Movers were very prompt, very careful, and very polite. I explained to them which items were going to storage, and the rest to the apartment, and they took over from there. They were able to pack everything in one load, in such a way, that the storage items were unloaded first. We are building a new home, and will have to move again in six months. We will definitely use King Moving again.

It was an experience I will not repeat. They showed up about 3:15PM and waited outside the gate for about 30 minutes while we were inside finishing packing, then claiming they had been trying to reach us via the home phone...it had been disconnected for the move. One of the movers then displayed an aggressive attitude about even working the move after being unable to reach us even though their office administration had been given my cell phone....they just did not give the number to their movers. I used this company because it had a very high rating even though it was more expensive than most competitors. I wanted reliability and a good quality relocation experience. Once the workers got started, they worked very hard and moved everything in a timely quality fashion but it was very hard to ignore the ugly beginning. The final bill was paid and I tipped them all handsomely because I appreciated the hard hot work they performed but it was worked in an angry uncomfortable atmosphere and good customer service was highly questionable.

I had a little trouble getting in touch with them initially. They did not respond to the email I sent from Angie's List, but their reviews were so good, that I made a point to call them directly. From that point the phone tag was as much my own schedule's fault as anyone else. Omar was diligent once I had left a message with continuing to communicate with me and in the end we mostly managed via text and email. The quote was very clear, and he confirmed it all as well as the time and date via email. The night before the morning they were scheduled to arrive I received a voice mail confirming their appointment time the next day and the expected arrival time window. The movers called that morning to verify their approximate arrival time. They arrived within the time window given, and went to work right away. They were friendly, courteous, and never stopped working steadily the entire time. They finished in under one hour. They were very careful with all the furniture, and I was extremely pleased. When I need to move it all again in the next couple of weeks, I will definitely be giving them the call. Highly recommended.

Excellent! Omar and Greg both communicated with me the week leading up to the move to help coordinate things. They were very responsive and flexible. They made me feel confident that the move would go off without any problems, and it did. They loaded up here in Plano on Saturday evening and delivered to Metairie where my mom was waiting for them on Sunday. The loading up took an hour for a three man team, and the unloading took a little less than 2 hours for a two man team. They were efficient and professional on both ends. I am very pleased and would use them again. This was my second time using King Moving Company. I've been pleased both times.
