I have been using KAS for well over a year. They are prompt, professional, and very trustworthy. I highly recommend them

My crew is very nice and very good at cleaning. They are mindful of what you do and do not want done. They always come in and get right to work. They even wash the few dishes I may have left in the sink. (Dishes are not part of their service) They are trustworthy. If you have specific requests, they will accommodate you. The only issue I have is that they do not speak English. The lead person speaks enough to communicate, but it's difficult. I would prefer to communicate better... in English.

After deteriorating service from 2 other companies I wanted to use KAS for a while before writing a review. They have now cleaned my home 7-8 times and they continue to do an excellent job every time. The 3 ladies come in, each one heads to her area and immediately starts to work. They work very systematically so nothing is overlooked and they are very detail oriented. The owners have obviously set high standards for their employees. I've had the same team each time except once when I asked for an additional, out-of-rotation cleaning. That group of ladies also did a great job. They are here about 2 hours so the cost is very reasonable and is a much better value than I've had in the past due to the high quality of work. I've never needed to pick up a broom or dusting cloth to do something they've missed. That is worth a lot. I asked and was told they would call if they were running late, but they have always been on time. After dealing with companies never being on time and not calling, I so appreciate this. They send a reminder the day before your cleaning and I like that they will email you instead of calling if you prefer.
