Their customer service is very good. Mowers are punctual. Takes 13 minutes to do front yard, exactly.

I signed up with Just Mowing and was very happy. More recently they changed their name to "Mow Managers LLC" which apparently acquired them and now their customer service is rude and unprofessional. I had a recent issue where my credit card on file with them was lost so the credit card company changed the number. Instead of calling me when the card was declined (they have both a home and cell number on file) they just didn't show up. When I returned home from a trip and noticed my lawn looked terrible I called them. The young lady who answered the phone was rude and told me they left me a voicemail. (They didn't because I have 2 weeks of caller ID records, and no voicemal was left; my voicemal calls my cell phone whenever a voicemal is left). I got no apology or anything but attitude from the person I spoke with, and she informed me that if my grass was overgrown when the crew came out again they would a) skip my lawn and b) charge me double. Unbelievable! After 10 years with this company I'm guessing it's under new ownership. I can handle almost anything but rude employees when I'm a paying customer. When I called to cancel service the rep I spoke to didn't seem to care; I told her I was terminating them due to a rude service rep and she acted as though it was commonplace. They get an F from me because their professionalism is awful.

Just Mowing has been taking care of my lawn for several years. They are responsive when I call them, and always show up on the appointed day (unless weather prevents). The only complaint I've had is that they were leaving black marks on my pool fence gate with their mowers. When I called it to their attention, it immediately stopped. They are in and out quickly, but due to the manpower they employ, the job gets done. I will continue to use them.

We have used this company for a couple years to mow. We usually start out with every other week and then move to every week. They are very prompt.

I've been using them every summer. I haven't found anybody who is any cheaper and any better yet I have offers. Considering responsiveness, I've never had to call them. They come on Fridays and that's when they're supposed to come. They've been very consistent. They do a good job.

The service is fine. The workers are fine. The same two people don't come out every time. I have using them for about a year. I wish they would provide more services.

Company did not mow backyard for over four months. We rent a house out, and the previous tenants had autistic children and the gate to the backyard had to be locked. Despite our request, the company never coordinated with tenant to inform tenant when the mowers were coming so gate could be unlocked, or even knock on the door when they were there. In addition, after those tenants left, the gate was no longer locked, but the company failed to mow the back yard. When we called them and asked that they do what they were paid to do (and hadn't done in months), they insisted that it wasn't their job to gain access to the yard (apparently even if it's unlocked), and that if we wanted it mowed, they would charge us (again) for the service. Pretty frustrating, since we'd paid for the service for several months and never had it completed. I sort of understand with the failure to coordinate with tenant, as that is unusual, but the inability to open a gate to fulfill an obligation is ridiculous. The only answer from management should have been "oops, sorry, our mistake, we'll be out there tomorrow to mow it", not "sure, we'll mow it, as long as you pay us for it again". The number of excuses they trotted out was extraordinary, and the inability to fully complete their side of the deal caused us to immediately terminate their services. There are some pluses to the service: they do show up reliably, and they do a decent job on the lawn as long as EVERYTHING is off the lawn, and their prices were reasonable. But this just left a bad taste in our mouth... And unrelated, and maybe not even an issue, we had a credit card that was used at two places (this being one), and it was compromised. We got the new card, we used it at three places (this being one, the two others different than the other place we used with the first compromise), and it was compromised again. Our last card that we used wasn't compromised, and there have been a zillion breaches, but if you do end up using the service, I suggest paying attention to your credit card statements.

They mow, edge, and clean up every other week Never had a complaint about quality of service.

They come 2 times a month and do an excellent job.

The service is really good. They come out early in the morning and it takes them about ten minutes to do the job. They clean after they are done and they are really. I would say to expect reasonable prices and they are good at what they do. Several of my neighbors use them already.

I've used them a couple of times because they're easy to contact and they're dependable. They showed up when they were supposed to and they're great. They do their stuff and get out of here but they base your pricing to what they do. They're doing their service weekly.

I have used Just Mowing to mow my lawn for the last 2 years. They are very punctual and their prices are competitive. They do a good job of mowing, edging and clean up but they could improve on the trimming. They will not move anything when they trim around the house or fence line. They work very quickly. They do the entire yard in about 10-15 minutes. They are flexible when you need to skip a week or need an extra mowing done. I have had to change my schedule 3 or 4 times in the past 2 years and have never encountered a problem. They are very polite and willing to adjust to my schedule.

The big plus is that they take the money right out of my account the day after the service is provided. There's no bills or mailing checks which was a huge plus coming from my previous lawn service. The downside is you get just what the name implies. They mow your lawn. They don't pick up any trash that happens to blow against my fence especially in the alley on trash day. There's nothing extra or exceptional about their service. They show up on Friday and mow. They also don't charge you in the winter as part of a year round contract like other companies I've used. Once the winter is over and the service is about to start again, they mail you a letter with your schedule. The office staff was friendly. I had to get a new debit card twice while we used their service and both times forgot to call and give them the new number. They called and left a voicemail. I was able to return the call and have someone answer immediately. That doesn't always happen with smaller companies. If you're looking for quick and easy service. These people are your guys. If you want a service that cares about your grass and puts in extra effort (although I don't know if I consider picking up a few pieces of trash extra effort since you have to move the trash to mow but you get my point) then look for a smaller privately owned lawn service.

They have not raised their prices in 2-3 years now. I am very satisfied with them. They show up every Friday like they are supposed to. They do what they have to do and then they clean up everything well.

It went great, they are professional, efficient and customer service is stellar.

Last year I had a couple of complaints, but they are better now. They were basically moving too fast with the lawn mower in the backyard and within a couple of days the grass would stand back up. They had to come back out and re-mow each time I called, so they stopped moving so fast. They are in a hurry, I guess. They will cut your grass and before you know it, they are gone. This year they are spot on. They did a real good job with the first cut of the season. They are an excellent service. I think they use a different lawn cutter too, I didn't recognize the guy. When I was getting a cut every two weeks, it was $32. And now that it is every three weeks, it went up to $46. The price is comparable, but I could probably find cheaper. They are very professional.

Gave me a price and then suddenly needed to raise it because of the size of my lawn. The poor part is I have %70 of my yard covered with Sheds, Golf green ( that they don't need to touch) and a wooden deck. It took them 20 minutes to cut front and back. They didn't even bag the grass for goodness sake yet because and quot;their system didn't measure the house correctlyand quot; I told the guy that was nonsense and to ask the workers ( Who look like they work from home btw) how big my yard is guy could care less. Oh well just be ready for the bait and switch move when you use them. Funny enough found another service same day for a bettr price.

They did the work but did not follow directions well. Many boxes were placed in the wrong places. But they were fast and efficient and I'd use them again at this price.

I USED THEM WHEN I RENTED A HOUSE FROM A SLUMLORD IN SOUTH CARROLLTON. THE SERVICE WAS ALWAYS THERE ON THE DAY THEY SAID AND HAD SEVERAL GUYS TO GET MY HUGE YARD DONE IN NO TIME! I NOW HAVE BOUGHT MY FIRST HOME IN LEWISVILLE SO I CALLED THEM AGAIN, BUT THEY HAVE SNY CREWS IR ITHER JOBS IN LEWISVILLE AND THEREFORE COULD SERVICE MY AREA. I WAS SO UPSET SINCE THEY WERE PERFECT LAST TIME EITH SN AMAZING PRICE!!! SOMEONE TOOK THE INITIATIVE TO TAKE MY REQUEST THE BOSS. HE FOUND A CREW THAT WAS WILLING TO COME HERE. THEY CALLED ME BACK AND TOLD ME THE GREAT NEWS AND GOT ME ON THE SCHEDULE FOR THIS TUESDAY!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Great. They come when they say they will. This is my second year using them, and I am very satisfied.

Just Mowing is just that - but they do a excellent job. They are quick but thorough. They now in a Pleasing pattern that looks professional from the street

They mow and trim the yard. It's not a fancy job, but they do it well. The gentlemen who service my lawn are very friendly and professional. I'm on a set schedule and they come every other Tuesday. So far, I haven't had any complaints with this company. They have been taking care of my lawn for ~ 2 years.

We have been absolutely delighted with the service. They've been 3 times now and every time it has been perfect. Nice crisp edges, evenly cut grass and nothing left on our patio or sidewalk - really what more could we ask for? The B price rating is simply because they are a bit higher than other similar businesses, but things like automated billing the day following the mow do make it worthwhile. Could not be easier for us.
