Jerry was extremely responsive and sent his foreman to look at the proposed job, reroofing our pergola, and discuss it with me. He was prompt with a proposal and once we accepted was prompt in scheduling the work. I was away during the work and one small item that the foreman and I agreed was part of the work was not completed. When I contacted Jerry about it, he promptly sent someone to do the additional work without any hesitation. That is the mark of a good contractor, they do good work and they stand by their work and correct anything promptly. I highly recommend JBJ Restoration LLC. We will use them again as the need arises.

Jerry and his crew were top notch skilled professionals. Jerry came out the day after the hail storm to check my roof. He worked within State Farm’s estimate and got the necessary repairs completed quickly. Jerry and Noel supervised their crew and checked their work to make sure it was completed properly. The workers took appropriate safety precautions and also respected my property. The process was so easy with Jerry Brown’s help.

It went excellent! Jerry exceeded all my expectations. He was very helpful and informative about the process even before I actually hired him and I was still getting quotes from other roofing companies. He let me know if I had any questions he was there to help, and boy did I take him up on that. He did as he said he would and I got alot better shingles and quality roof than some of these other guys were going to give me. I highly recommend! I've already stored his number permanently in my phone!

Jerry’s planning and organizational skills are simply unparalleled! He hit every bullet point on the construction schedule even in these times when you never know if or when you can get materials. His crews and materials were so perfectly scheduled and all hit the job 30 minutes ahead of stated start times! What’s even more astonishing is that THEY HAD A FOUR HOUR DRIVE THROUGH THE METROPLEX TRAFFIC to our home in Stephenville! To say the least, it’s a mean drive from Plano to Stephenville any time on any day! Furthermore, his crews arrived on the job driving professional vehicles and trailers. All were dressed and acted totally as professionals should! There was never an issue on anything! Even when they encountered rotten decking and several other unforeseen issues! Jerry simply got on his phone, found the extra materials he needed, jumped in his pick up and off he went! His estimate was true right down to the exact penny! There were no crazy “EXTRA CHARGES” that we hear about in todays business world! Since he did our work, I have recommended him and his company to several of our friends. I would use him over an over again for anything his company does (and that list is VERY long)! In fact, I would wait months for him to fit me into his busy schedule! WAY TO GO JBS! It went as scheduled. Didn’t have to wait weeks. Team came in daily from first thing in the morning til end of day. They moved furniture. Explained process and expectation of work done. We did a walk through at end of job. Made sure all scrap materials were disposed off. Placed furniture back in place. I have a “new” home because of them.

Fantastic. Jerry and his team went above and beyond from start to finish. Besides doing a great job on the roof replacement, all the nails, debris, and trash were removed and the church looked like new again. Jerry is responsive and reliable.
