I've been using Jamie for 5 years now and this is frankly a long overdue review. I signed up for his Complete Landscape Maintenance Program, which I think is a fantastic idea. You pay a set price per month and his guys pretty much maintain your whole lawn (de-weed flower beds, trim bushes, prune Crape Myrtles, pick up leaves, mow, etc). Only thing they don't do is thin out the trees (they do maintain the canopy hight though), which he charges me a little extra once a year for that as well as new mulch--both of which are optional. Even more importantly to me, though, is his guys are hard working and leave with everything cleaned up (including scooping up the debris they accidentally blew into my pool). Thanks Jamie for the years of service! Highly recommend him.

He comes once a week. I would give him "A+++" if I could. He comes the same days with the same crew.

Jamie's Lawn Service does a great job of maintaining our lawn. We signed up for the "Complete Landscape Maintenance" package they offer in November, so there have been a lot of leaves dropping from the trees. It's always obvious when they've been by to do the yard work, because there's usually not a leaf in sight on those days. The price of $145 a month is a bit on the higher side compared competitors in the Plano area, but they also offer much more inclusive services (beyond just mowing and trimming) for this price, so we find it to be fair. For example, they also include Crepe Myrta pruning in their complete package, which is nice to not have to worry about doing on our own. They also spray and weed the flower beds every time they come. As an additional bonus, we received mulch in ALL of our flowerbed areas (4 areas in the front yard, 1 in the side yard and 3 in the back yard) for FREE just for signing up for their service. An annual contract is required to get the Complete Landscape Maintenance package and monthly auto draft for payment is required as well, but I don't mind either of those things. They don't take the payment from your account until the services for any given month have been completed. For example, they will bill you for December within the first few days of January. That way, you aren't paying for work that has not been completed. All of our correspondence has been with the owner, Jamie Bush, via email. He has been very polite, informative and professional. We don't always get a response the same day we contact him, but he does respond within 24-48 hours, which I find acceptable for a "Mom and Pop" type of business. I would definitely recommend their services. It's nice to have a complete lawn care package offered by one company, which does a great job!
