Integrated Image and Sound

Installed antenna in my home, installers very polite, did a good job. Happy to have tv without the monthly cost.

I realize that with each project they might run into things which cause delays and run up costs but that's why I had Greg come out and look the job over before deciding to go with his company. He said it was a two hour job at $65/hour. For budgeting purposes I added an extra hour thinking even if we hit delays my total costs would be about $195 for 3 hours. First of all the tech was supposed to come out at 9 am but he didn't show up until around 10:30. When I called Greg to ask if we were still on he said his guy was running late because he needed to make sure he had the right cables. Well, it turned out the job took 4.5 hours and his guy stil needed to leave the job about 2 hours in to go to store and get additional cables. I think he broke or damaged the fiber optic cable that he brought with him. It probably would have been longer but knowing they were charging me by the hour I eventually told the install tech to stop because he wasn't able to get my system working and there was no end in sight so who knows how long this thing would have gone on. My actual bill was over $300 (thought it would be around $200 and that's with planning for overruns) and I didn't even get 100% functionality. Eventually they said I might need to consider getting a different kind of antenna with more range but I'm not sure about that. Seems strange that his guy was at my house for 4.5 hours only to tell me in the end I need a different kind of antenna. He also said he thinks my TV input might not be compatible. Again, had to spend 4.5 hours to get that info. What I got instead was an offer to have his guy come back out a second time at a cost of over $300 for a new antenna and labor. In other words, I got an offer to hire them again and spend twice as much money. So, a job that Greg said would be about 2 hours for total of $130 is now turning into a 7 hour job over $600. I feel like they just gave me a low quote to get foot in the door and then they hit me with long hours and cost overruns.

Stayed to get the job done on the new house we moved in to and we had no idea how to "fix" issues from prior owner. Appreciated the follow up as well.

Very pleased with this company. The scheduling was great. The serviceman was, on time, curteous, knowlegable, & professional. He explained everything to us & performed in a mannerly & timely manor. Will definetly use them again.

Jeff was timely,curteous, and efficient. Very pleased with the way both 70" and 49" Tv opened up viewing area with different install heights. Highly recommended.

Scheduled an antenna to be installed on a Wednesday afternoon. By 3 PM, no one had showed up, so I called Greg. He stated that equipment was in transit from Houston and did not think it would work out that day (wish I had been contacted earlier). However, Jeff showed up about 6:30 and installed the antenna. Great quality work, would use them again, just wish they had been a bit more pro-active on the delay.

The guys at Integrated Image and Sound reset and re-calibrated the satellite dish on our roof. They responded with same day service, they were on time, and charged a reasonable price. Best of all, they did great work and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was working. 5 Star Service!

I called and talked to Greg and I immediately felt like this was going to (probably) be a good experience. He asked me the normal questions to set up a date for me, exactly when I asked. Mike the installer called me the day before to let me know that he'd be there at the time promised, which was a nice thing. The next day, he also called me to let me know that he was on time, and that he was on his way, he'd be there in about 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, he pulled in front of my house. He was very efficient, professional, and fast. Highly recommended! It was expensive, but really worth it.

Greg Fuhrman was extremely professional, timely and resolved the issue with removing a satellite dish for me quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use Integrated Image and Sound again

We ordered 6 phone lines and 5 ethernet lines installed. I like that they called ahead and showed up on time. They were knowledgeable and answered my questions patiently. One of my internet lines didn't work, but they came back quickly and fixed it.

The team came in and rewired a phone line and setup networking for TV, Stereo, patio and bedrooms - excellent job.

Had an in-wall speaker project that required a non-standard installation due to the wall construction and design. Integrated Image and Sound did not give up on the task and considered it a challenge to get it done and they did!
