Flowers never showed up on Mother's Day despite the very high cost of the arrangement and delivery. We called the office twice and were given the assurance that they were on the truck and would be delivered that day. By 8 p.m. we had not received the flowers. We cancelled plans for that evening based on their assurance that we would receive the flowers that day. Never did they check further on the order and never did they call the cell number they were given. Follow-Up the next day revealed that they had gone to a 5-year old address twice, despite the fact that we had given them our current address with the order. They did deliver a fresh set of flowers on Monday, but made no adjustment to the price based on the fact that the flowers were no longer 'Mother's Day' flowers. The person on the phone offered no apologies and instead continued to try to make excuses. We will never again buy our flowers from this business.
