drapery cleaning
+ -1 moreCleaning solution got on windows, floor beneath drapes and night stand. (bedroom carpet was cleaned 2 days prior so I not happy solution got on it.) Drop cloths should be used to cover furniture and floor beneath windows. I sent texts x2 and left message on work voice mail but received NO response. Curtains were not steam cleaned so wrinkles and creases were not removed. When I hire someone to do something for me, it should not make more work for me.
Description of Work: cleaned 7 drapes, 5 with valances attached.
