 + -1 moreTHE APPOINTMENT TIME RANGE FOR THE PREDICTED ARRIVAL WAS SHORTER THAN FOR SEARS AND DENNY ARRIVED IN THAT RANGE. DENNY WAS EFFICIENT AND CLEAN IN DOING THE REPAIR. HE GAVE ME MORE THAN ONE BIT OF ADVICE ABOUT THE OPERATION OF MY MACHINE AND ABOUT BUYING MY NEXT WASHING MACHINE.
