Terrible business. Took my money and never completed the job. Main reason in deci to remove tree was the large roots affecting my house’s foundation but they never ground the stump which was expressly part of what I paid for. Didn’t respond to texts and didn’t send refund. had to take to small claims to get a refund. Very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend.

BEWARE! CARE FOR YOUR TREES. DO NOT USE HERNANDEZ TREE SERVICE! I had previously posted a very negative review of Hernandez Tree Service but my money was refunded so I removed them but as time has gone on I have found irreparable damage that no amount of money can repair and I feel obligated to let other people know. I went on the positive reviews on NextDoor as well as other sites. The refund does NOT cover the expense of having blinds put in windows because there is no shade and the rooms are hot now.. replacing plants and shrubs that are for shade plus the shade plants they chucked into sunny spots. I will also now have to pay for an Arborist to come out. Please look at all the pictures! Not only was my tree butchered to the "Broccoli " look, in picture 2 the chainsaw was allowed to fall along the large limbs on the tree. This happened in a lot of limbs on all trees. This leaves them open for desease and bugs. Picture 3 shows some of the dead limbs that were left. Picture 4 shows some of the dead spots on all trees. Picture 5 shows the HORRIBLE cut that not only cut off the limb but cut into another large limb. Responses to my previous review said I should have stayed out with them. There were 9 guys and limbs were falling everywhere plus, once they made the mistake there was nothing I could do. No amount of money will ever give me my trees back. Every time I walk into my beautiful yard I am both sad and angry. Please don't use HERNANDEZ Tree Service! They were in a schedule of taking only one hour and were in a hurry.

Very well. Lewis and his team are very professional. Lewis toured my yard to give a quote, we agreed on price and two hours later he was done. Even left us mulch. No limbs for the City to pick up. Also, his team were expert pruners. Remembered to do everything I asked. I’m hiring again this year.

He was very professional - -Showed up on time -Did a good job with the tree trimming -Cleaned up after he was done -Price was very fair! -Concerned with the quality of his work and artistic/aesthetic appeal.

SAID HE WOULD SHOW UP AND FINISH THE JOB AND HE DID NOT. HELPED HIM WITH THE JOB MYSELF FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF. GAVE HIM BEER SODAS AND ICE WATER. TIPPED HIM AND NOW I HAVE GO BACK AND RECUT THE LIMBS HE LEFT FOR THE CITY TO PICK UP BECAUSE HE WON'T FINISH THE JOB.
