Their owner came out, I believe his name was Allen Hensley and he was very knowledgeable, very thorough and gave me good advice on things. I felt real good about him. I recommend to just be a little more flexible on price, but I didn't really get into a negotiation with him.They have a very good reputation.

Outstanding. This is the second time in about 15 years that I have had to replace my roof after a hail storm and if (God forbid) there is a third time I will definitely be calling Helsley. Alan and his team were terrific from start to finish.

The roof was removed and replaced over several days. An AC line was hit at the end of one day during the roof replacement process (apparently the AC line shouldn't have been installed so high on the house). A contractor was brought out the next day to repair the AC leak. Remaining repairs proceeded quite smoothly and quickly. A week after completed, we noticed one area (a previous repair site from 10 years before) that seemed to be leaking. They returned at our convenience to inspect and repair that area. Everything has been resolved to our complete satisfaction.

It was very good. One thing that I appreciated was their crew came out and did the roof in two days. Three days later, two other gentlemen from the company came back out and inspected the work that had been done. They went to my attics to make sure the vents were done correctly. They checked my garage where my hot water heater is. The pipe vent had dislodged because of the pounding when putting the roof on. They went out and checked that. They got that fixed. I really appreciated them. They took that extra step to come out and inspect the work the crew had done. I was very pleased.

After a severe hailstorm that broke windows, skylights, solatubes and the composition roof, Alan Helsley worked overtime with my insurance company to get them up to a reasonable replacement amount. The insurance company only sent one person one time to my house and didn't see a lot of the damage. Alan got involved and finally provided the insurance co. enough information that they would cover the cost of the repair. Helsley Roofing did a great job repairing/replacing the roof. Alan wouldn't take any money until I received all the money from the insurance company. The workers cleaned up their "mess." I'd definitely use Helsley Roofing again.

Helsley is a great company. Honest, reliable and fair - they will tell you the truth. Our home owners insurance even uses them as roof damage adjusters. Everyone was great to work with and they are very familiar with the insurance claim process which was a painless process. Definitely recommend.

He did the work, did a good job, did what we asked and showed up on time. I spent less than $12000. They took their time with the job and I would recommend them to other customers.

The whole process went as well as it could. Alan Helsley prepared the estimate. We got a few estimates, and Alan was the only one that did not try to over-sell us. He told us that we did not need to replace the entire roof. Once the work began, the guys worked continuously. I do not think they could have worked any harder. The work took two or two-and-a-half days. Within a week, we had some exceptionally heavy storms, and all appears to be fine. Helsley will always be our first call.

I have used Helsley Roofing on several homes over the last 20 years and have recommended them to friends and family. Alan is one of the most honest, professional people I have run across in my lifetime. This home had a valley leak problem when we moved here in 2002, which several roofers had been unable to fix. Helsley Roofing repaired it. His crews are courteous and professional. Alan will not try to sell you something you don't need or a new roof when yours has significant life left. His prices have always been very fair and I don't consider using any other roofing company after the great service and workmanship they have provided.

They have done an excellent job. I have used them before. The insurance company recommended them many years ago. We had another problem and we went back to them again. I was very happy that I did.

This company was referred to me by my insurance company. I had missing shingles from some wind damage. They were professional and completed the work timely.

Helsley Roofing gave a very professional and quality service. They are master roofers and were very honest and very precise with the pricing and procedures. The pricing might be a bit higher, but the service and quality of the roofing is very good. They were very good at following up when there were issues, and I would recommend them to anybody. We love our roof, and everything about Helsley Roofing. They also give us time to pay our portion of the payment while they first figure it out with the insurance first. I can't say enough good things about them. I would absolutely hire them again.

This was our first experience with having a roof replaced, but we think it went really well overall. The people were prompt, polite, and professional. We've been very happy. No complaints whatsoever.

He returned with Chris to run water through the scupper with a water hose to confirm that the issue was not with the roof but was underground - a clogged drain the scupper dumped into. Alan didn't charge me for the service or the education - I know Helsley will be there when I have a true emergency!

Mr. Helsley seen that shingles were up so he nailed them done and put something for the roof around the shingles. He suggested that we outline the water spot and watch it because he did not see anything wrong with our roof . He was a great guy and very personable if and when we do need our roof replaced he will be our first choice. Thank you.

Started at 8:00 am and finished, including clean up by 5:00 pm. Crew was very courtious. Good supevisor who watched all day both from ground level and on roof. A large dumpster truck was pulled into rear drive way, proving a single point for old shingles and decking disposal. Very little litter at other points around the house. Results were excellent with now vent stack covers in brown aluminum to match. Added metal band under edge of shingles around facia board. Re-installed turbine vents. Added flashing at interface of attached garden/sun room to prevent leaks in aluminum sun room roof. Very professionally done.

Ian with Helsey Roofing met with our insurance adjusters on 3 separate occasions, over 9 months, to try and get the roof claim settled, after last year's tornado. He went out of his way to be sure we got the repairs needed, especially when the insurance company refused to replace the roof. The crew arrived on time and had the roof repairs completed, and the new gutters installed in just one day. They cleaned up and left everything as they found it. We couldn't have asked for better service.

Work was a result of a June 2012 Hail Storm. Alan came out to do an estimate. When the estimate was submitted to my insurance company, there were big differences between the insurance company estimate and Alan's estimate. It took two months, a second visit by an insurance adjustor and several visits by Alan to get to the point the insurance company would accept Alan's estimate, less deductible. Alan went way above and beyond what I expected from a vendor. He even dealt with the insurance company's representative who didn't seem to understand some roofs. Alan would not take any money until the insurance company had paid me. When the roofing project started, the men did a great job and cleaned up the yard and surrounding area. Later there was a leak near a dormer. Alan checked it out and said it didn't have anything to do with the roof replacement, but they sealed around the metal flashing anyway - free of charge. The house was sold in March and the pre-sale inspection revealed a gas vent pipe was touching the wood decking. This could be a fire hazard. Again, Alan fixed the roof and gas vent free of charge, even though I told him I'd pay for the repair. I am very pleased with Helsley roofing. Alan was really professional and worked hard dealing with the insurance company. I would definitely use Helsley Roofing again.

I didn't get a return call. I placed a call on 1/14 and as of 1/17 I have not gotten a response.
