Graceful Maid Service

Today was my first time using Graceful Maids and the experience was seamless from start to finish! They worked with me on the pricing, Catalina and her co worker were extremely professional, thorough and friendly. I was given an arrival window and they promptly arrived at the top of the window, I appreciated the heads up text with their ETA. I did not have to ask them to go over any task, everything was done right the first time. I was also impressed with their willingness to get on hands and knees and counter tops! I just booked again for an after the holidays cleaning. Good job ladies!

Fraudulent business with a verbally abusive owner. Tried to endure their service but kept winding up with items missing and deceptive billing from the owner. They make you pay for their disorganization and lack of communication. The service was okay but definitely better options out there. I was too busy to find a better service sooner and definitely regretting that decision. Run...

The cleaning was done very well and I I would call them again

We agreed on a date and time. They called to move it up to Friday from Monday. I agreed, then 11hours before they were scheduled to arrive, I was asked to provide my credit card information. It was after 9pm and only by chance that I saw the message. I thought it was ridiculously suspicious and frankly appalling. I will never let them anywhere near my home. I was an Angie’s list customer before you were free and this vendor is not at all the kind of first rate providers I used to find.

I am very pleased with the house cleaning service from Graceful Maid Service. So much so, that I have hired them for once a week house cleaning services. I would highly recommend them.

These ladies are real pros! Three ladies cleaned my whole house in about an hour. It looked so nice. They are coming again tomorrow and I can’t wait. I highly recommend this service!

They showed up and doubled their price. When I declined they are trying to charge me a cancellation fee which I refuse to pay. I have had 2 no shows through Angi and 1 bait and switch on price. Do not use these folks or Angi for house clean services

On time, very courteous. The only negative is that the blinds could have been done a bit better, but we have dogs….

Great administrative staff AND ladies who came to clean they we’re so sweet! I did have to point out some areas that were missed, but they were cleaned before it was all said and done and most of all the finished product was GREAT! The way my house felt when they left was so nice it smelled cleaned looked cleaned and they deep cleaned the most important things like oven whole bathroom baseboards and dusted in ways I never could. Will be using graceful maids from now own, God bless them with more grace! 😇😇

9/1/21..Maria & Xochhi was the maids for the day. They both went above a required regular cleaning. All surfaces they could reach got cleaned. Both of these ladies are super detailed. Great. The team arrived within the time window. They did a fantastic job, and better than any previous cleaning service I've used in the past. We will definitely be using them on a more regular basis.
