She was great. She helped me find a new place to rent and that was two years ago and we're still here and happy. And she checked in all the time just to make sure that we're still happy. The owner paid her fees. She was super-helpful. Surely she didn't make a whole bunch of money since it wasn't a sale yet she was very sweet about bringing me here over three different times to let me see it and make sure that I would like it. She would do a good job if someone was buying or selling a house, if she would give that much attention to someone that was just looking to rent.

She is great. We ran across some issues in our negotiations and our appraisal did not come back as we had hoped. She helped us through that and was really great at communicating and getting everything taken care of to satisfy all parties. She charged the normal fee for service.

We chose Virginia Cook (specifically Gigi Correll) as our realtor when we found out we were moving to the Dallas area. We do not regret it! Our agent went above and beyond to accommodate our interests and schedule, often working late at night for us. She worked several contracts for us before the perfect offer and house combined, but she remained positive, helpful and encouraging. We definitely could not have made this move without her. She was also fantastic with our children! We cannot say enough to endorse our agent. Love her!
