Description of Work: We had an accident with our panel box. Other companies were taking days to come out, despite the fact that it was a seeming fire hazard. James came out that day and replaced it. Great service! So kind and so professional.

 + -1 moreWhen I described the problem by phone to him, he determined that we probably had an emergency. He arrived within 2 hrs, evaluated the problem and, indeed, we had an emergency. We had personal extenuating circumstances (surgery scheduled that could no be postponed) that had to be handled the next day. He worked with us and put forth much extra effort and completed the job by 8p at a 'more than fair' cost to us. AND, his work and professionalism is outstanding. AND, he called two days later to be sure that all was well. This man went far beyond what was required and we highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Replace buss and breakers in breaker box.

Description of Work: We had an outlet that was incorrect. It was OUR fault as we told him the wrong information. When we went to plug in the Margarita Machine for the party....it didn't fit. He came back and fixed it without missing a beat. A great guy! Great company!

 + 0 moreMr. Gentry was actually a subcontractor of the builder who contracted for my fence & patio cover. He was contacted last minute to do work that had been promised by original builder. Mr. Gentry was quick to contact me and flexible in his schedule. He did the work as expected, even though it took 8 hours instead of the 2-3 that the fence/patio builder had told him! I would definitely contact him directly for further electrical work needed in my home.
Description of Work: installed 4 GFCI outlets and a ceiling fan on my patio cover

Description of Work: James installed a 220V line to our patio for a spa heater. He also installed 2 GFCI outlets. He was very responsive. He called to let us know he was on the way and his expected arrival time. He was professional and did a great job of answering our questions. We're very pleased and would use him again.

 + -1 moreone phone call and we were on James' schedule. He special ordered our switch that apparently was no longer available in stores. Just an overall excellent experience.
Description of Work: This was warranty work on a ceiling fan and switch that was installed previously. No questions asked, James did all the repairs even though it may have been an issue with the fan itself. Pleasant and professional, he was referred to me by a previous client. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for value and quality electrical work.

 + -1 moreGentry Electric was a highlight of what was often a nighmarish remodeling job. They are polite, responsive and they get the job done. If they can't meet an appointment, they call. I intend to keep them when I do not plan to keep any other sub-contracters.
Description of Work: I'm not sure what I have paid or will paid because the contractor has not presented all lthe bills. It seems like a lot, but they have done a lot and electricians are expensive. These folks hung lights, fans, added plugs and lines and have gone around the house labeling switches. They have done outside work too, going over the inspector's report on our new house.
