Description of Work: Floor Hut was great. Small but broad selection. I was concerned that they wouldn't be competitive with the big ox guys, but the personal service, attention to detail, and the total cost all exceeded my expectations. Everyone loves my floors. I did almost the entire house in hardwood and carpet. Would do it again in a minute. Angie's List gets it right!

Description of Work: Salesman professional, eager to please. Rep who measured was professional and punctual. He assured me carpet would not be installed if raining. Did not call to confirm carpet was in, when I left a msg for him, did not return call until 3rd attempt to confirm. It was pouring rain. No,it won't be installed. Oh, wait! Installers are calling. They will install, but they're lost. Keep in mind a driving rain, broken English, and poor understanding of directions. Arrived. English-speaker, was belligerent and loud. One young man of crew was polite, smiled, and always said OK OK. They continued to shout to each other from the deck to workers below, left shreds everywhere, and took my broom. The English speaker shoved a paper in front of me and asked if furniture was in the right place, "Sign it" Of course, it was 5 pm. Never again would I consider this merchant. Never returned call re: broom. Never returned broom.
