Made a $830.00 purchase of tile and accessories on Monday 6.05.2017 and the contractors picked up the merchandise on Tuesday 6.06.2017. Among the purchases were 16 boxes of tile of which we found out later that one of the boxes (of the 16) had been incorrectly pulled and did not match. On Wednesday 6.07.2017 I returned the one box of incorrect tile and requested to pick up the correct box. On arrival at the store, I walked up to one of the cashiers to advise that I had been given an incorrect box and I wanted to return same and pickup the correct box. I could not get over the rudemness of the cashier and the cavalier attitude of other employees. After waiting an inordinate amount of time, I finally asked for the manager. Finally Scott appeared and he subsequently he assigned someone to go out to my Pathfinder and pickup the one box of time and then to replace with the correct box. In all fairness to the Manager he did credit me for my trouble of the one box of tile that was returned. However, While I was in the store getting all this done (an inordinate amount of time to wait for these people to make this situation right) an arriving customer ran into my Pathfinder in the customer loading area. The driver who ran into my auto provided me with the information I will need to make a claim with his carrier, but I now have to deal with taking my auto in for the repairs. My advice to future clients, as a result of this terrible customer service and the fact that my property was damaged because of this sloppy work, is to take my experiences into mind when making purchases from the vendor.

Floor and Décor has a large selection of tile, accent tile and wood flooring. We have purchased tile for 2 remodels for our house and always find the prices low, the employees are helpful and they are very good about taking returns.

They have very good pricing materials. They're like a hardware store for supplies. They carried a lot of things that maybe going out of distribution. You can pick up a lot of great deals there. They have other things too. They are selling things that's no longer available. They just have a really good collection and they're friendly. Their pricing was very good. Their quality was very good.

We went out to their showroom and they were very nice. They sat down with us and went over all of our needs. They have a design person there who helped us pick different designs to go with our granite. It took us several days, but we got a reasonable estimate. But we're still waiting to make a decision. We went out on Friday and got the estimate the following Tuesday. We met with the design consultant, who spent three hours with us and went over all of their stuff in the show room and helped us pick out what could go with the granite and everything else. She wrote everything down and emailed me the estimate. She was very nice. They're very knowledgeable and very, very helpful. I was very impressed with how they work.

Good prices

If you purchase too much tile they will let you return it and get a refund. They are really good about that. They are really good and fair. Everyone is really nice.

I purchased the wood flooring from this company. They had Modernization LLC come out install the floor. Everything was ok for a little over a year. After about a year the wood started to buckled/raise up. My wife called to see if this was covered damage under the warranty. Floor Decor hey said it wasn't there fault and said to call Modernization. We have called them several times but they are out of business. After talking with them they all seemed to blame each other for the work. Eventually I received a letter from them stating that they couldn't do anything. To me this was all one company but it seems everything was outsourced to other companies. I would not recommend this company to anyone else. I had to call another company and have them come out and do it right.

The workers at Floor & Decor Outlets are great to work with. However, the contractor they sent was overbooked and the work was not timely. He took forever and it was awful. The quality of his work was great.
