Customer service was good. There were some minor things that werenâ t well explained that caused miner interference with other bathroom aesthetics.

We did a tub to shower conversion and the team that worked on all aspects of the project were wonderful. Highly professional, on time and very responsive. We are very happy with the end product. I would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience using five star Bath solutions for my bathroom. The quality of work has been outstanding. The work was finished on time without any issue. Incidentally I ran into some plumbing issues at the house during the same time, and Rakesh was wonderful enough to look at the issues and fix that as well although it was not secondary to the work that Five Star Bath Solutions had done for me. I am considering using them to redo my master bathroom as well.

We had an old shower, complete with mold on the grout between the tiles, slippery tiles in the floor and cracks in the glass next to the door. Five Star Bath Solutions came in and specified how they would fix the shower. They set a date to start work. Then they moved it up a week, so they were finished on the day they had expected to start. They ripped out all the old tile and the backer boards only to discover a nest of termites! I called in termite people, but Five Star never quit working. They installed new studs next to each damaged stud, filled in the spaces with insulation. They installed a non-slip floor, then new backer boards and marble -look surface. Then they installed a pressure-balanced valve, two grab bars where we wanted them, two niches for shampoo, etc., and a teak fold-down seat for washing feet. Then they put in custom made glass enclosing the shower. We had to wait 24 hours for the silicone caulk to cure. Itâ s wonderful. Itâ s beautiful, and itâ s non-slip!(more important as we age!) I recommend these folks to anyone. Theyâ ll make you happy.

I had my shower remodelled and installed by Five Star Bath Solutions. An all around excellent experience and am very happy with the final product. Ankita was very thorough in explaining all the details and components in the design process. Installation was completed in the estimated time frame by Eduardo, with a full and thorough cleanup afterward. Randy completed the install with the glass doors. The level of professionalism and technical knowledge was extremely high with the whole team. Great Job!

They took the time to explain everything to us. The process, the time it would take and what was involved. They explained our warranty with great detail. We felt that we were very well informed. They listen to what we wanted and then made detail explanations of what it was going to take to complete our job. They not only got the job done early, it was very well done. We are very pleased with the look of our new bathroom. We can not say enough good things about this company and their customer service.

We had an issue with water seepage behind the tiles and decided to replace our Bathtub with a stand in shower . we then called in Five Star Bath Solutions for a quote. We were familiar with the process having worked with other vendors in the past for similar services. We were pleasantly surprised since the Bath Solutions team was very attentive to details , knew their stuff and cut to the chase quickly. We liked this a lot because they were very professional and clearly communicated timelines and were very accommodative with our needs. Rakesh then came in , walked us through in very fine detail and gave us the confidence that they have been there , seen it and done that which was critical. Then they were able to get us started earlier and we had the entire install done in one day and we were able to use the shower. They also gave us time to use it so that we knew that the quality was outstanding and any minor issues were addressed right away. All along a very great experience with Bath Solutions and would refer them to anyone else needing their services.

We had a unique situation with a small, custom-sized corner shower that must’ve been 25 years old. They were able to provide reasonable quotes and outline clear construction & design details that eased our anxieties. Simply fabulous. Excellent attention to detail and extremely mindful of our belongings. Cleaned up extremely well each day even though we hadnâ t moved in yet. Expedited our shower so we could move my 80 year old dad into our home. I highly recommend.
