Description of Work: removed dent (almost) in hood of dodge ram PU. turns out it's an aluminum hood. I was told it could be removed but it was an involved process. quoted me 350.00 but when I got there to pick it up I discovered there was still a noticeable peak (slight) off center on the hood. When I brought it to his attention I was given a 50.00 credit. ... disappointed it wasn't fixed as promised but still much better than when he started.

 + -1 moreThe work quality was excellent, the price far less than repair shops or dealerships. I would always recommend First Call for small dents/scratches. Aric is easy to work with and dependable. Because he is a one man shop, you may have to leave a message and he will return the call. Aric's location is on the grounds of a car dealership, so be sure to get directions on how to find his building.
Description of Work: We have had First Call do work for us on 2 occasions, first was to remove dents and polish out scuffs and touch up one of our cars. The second time was to replace a side view mirror assembly and touch up.

 + -1 moreI went to the provider's shop for one dent in my door to be removed. I scheduled via email and was in and out in under an hour. The work was done very well, there is no trace of the dent, I would use this provider again.
