They lost a lot of our stuff including some personal information that was very private, and they have never done anything about it. We turned them over to the Better Business Bureau because they said they were members of the Bureau. By the time the Bureau investigated them, they were no longer a member of the Better Business Bureau. So the only thing we could do take them to the Small Claims Court, but they were in Texas, and we had moved to Florida, so we couldn’t even really do that. My husband has had a lot of medical problems, and a lot of his medical records that we had collected through the years disappeared along with personal things. We had several thousand dollars’ worth of stuff missing. What they do is they do a “Bait & Switch” scam. They tell me how much it’s going to be and by the time they have the stuff loaded on the truck, they have increased the weight dramatically and the price dramatically. You think it’s on a truck, it’s just loaded, but then they take it and put it in a very damp warehouse. When we got it, it was wet and full of muck. Then they hire kids too, to unload the truck which have never had moving experiences. They put fragile things with heavy boxes on top and damaged a lot of my husband’s very expensive collectables. My only thing is that if somebody can help me get me a resolution on this, because I have been working on it for a very long time. They came back with an offer of $105, and I told them to take a hike. They left the stuff in the warehouse and nobody ever looked, it was horrible. I have been pursuing this for two years with no success. Their original quote was for $1384, but it turned out to be $2700 by the time they finished. They had my stuff on the truck and then they told me that it was way, way more than it was. They charged me more than United Van Lines was going to charge. They didn’t deliver the stuff when they were supposed to, they left it waiting in this warehouse in Dallas Fort Worth, and we couldn’t find it. I absolutely would not use them again in the future.

They broke several of my things including many collector items and the doors to my hutch. There were three different sets of men and they were very rude. They were not thoughtful of the people they were doing work for. They use people that don’t even work for them. I was so angry with the experience.
