Very professional service, and effective...

I thought I had termites but it turns out I have carpenter ants. Tim found the nest. He treated the yard and the effected areas inside of house. Ants are gone now!!!!! Tim gave me a great price and service was fantastic.

These guys are awesome! The tech was already in the neighborhood and arrived early. He did a thorough review and detailed the services that would be provided. He was very professional and friendly. I would very highly recommend Excel Pest Control!

I would highly recommend this company. Owner operated. Very professional. Had ants coming in the bathrooms; he knew the type of ant immediately when spotted (I had to get a lot closer to see what he was describing); asked if I had Crepe Myrtle tree close - which were outside these bathrooms. He went the extra mile to spray nest, spray inside and out, shoot a powder in the soffit - which was being used as a highway, and the hole they've used to access one of the bathrooms. Tim, the owner, was easy to talk to, very thorough, and reasonable. They are officially my "Go-To" exterminator.

Tim was very quick and easy to work with. I called and he was able to come spray my house on the same day! We will see if I have any additional issues now that the house is sprayed for bugs. But working with him was great and simple!

After a poor experience with another company, Tim did his best to take care of my squirrel problem. Super happy and squirrel free!

Tim came to our home many times checking traps and removing rats. He was faithful to be there when he was needed and when he said he'd be there! Great Job! So we hired him for our regular pest control needs!

I booked this online and Tim arrived as scheduled. He did a thorough spraying (even the chimney) for wasps and cleaned off all the nests. He also identified a possible rat entrance on a soffit and was able to repair that on this visit.

Tim is wonderful. He took the time to explain to me the differences between the ants and the infestation that I have. He checked my entire house and yard perimeter to ensure the ants were not coming in from anywhere else. He treated the outside and inside of my house for the carpenter ants. He is very knowledgeable, his prices are very competitive and he does not try to sell you additional services. He answered all my questions and I felt no pressure at any time to buy any additional items. I will definitely be using Excel in the future!
