Tim called us within moments of my pressing the "submit" button. We briefly discussed our ant problem and made an appointment for the following morning. Tim arrived promptly, thoroughly assessed our problem, and explained his recommended treatment. Tim coordinated his schedule with my husband's doctor appointment to treat our home the following day. We had teeny tiny pesky brown ants everywhere---the pantry, the bathrooms, the laundry room---and those little hummers are still falling like flies 8 days after the treatment! Excel's treatment was not only cost-effective (we're retired) but it worked!!! Tim truly owns a valuable business.

Tim was a great listener and very patient. He came to spray for bed bugs and took the bed apart and moved everything for me I didn't have to lift a finger.He came back out a few days later and sprayed again to make sure they was gone and he even gave Me bowls to put under the bed for free.I prayed that the Lord Jesus Christ would send someone that wouldn't break my pockets and get the job done well, so I thank the Lord For tim.

Came out quickly and promptly to check for bed bugs. The bugs that I believed to be bed bugs were weevils. I have seen a few roaches in restroom so he treafed the entire home to be safe

Tim was very courteous & explained about what he was spraying & that it would not hurt my dog. We had a yellow jacket nest that needed to come down ASAP ... he came the next day. All is good so far!

Tim responded to our request for an inspection almost immediately and was at our house before the end of the day. He did an in depth inspection and we made an appointment for service. He arrived at the agreed upon time and completed a professional and informative service, cleaned the entire area and left our home with a smile. Not sucha good day for the termites.

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Diagnostic was free of charge, set up the appointment to tackle the roaches right away. Super flexible and best of all, didn't have to wait weeks before he could come to fumigate the house. Strongly recommended!

I had multiple squirrels in my attic. Tim came out right away to inspect. Game me a good quote and I hired him on the spot. We got all the squirrels out. One didn't want to leave my attic. Tim put a cage with a one way door and caught him within 12 hours. Tim is very professional and very knowledgable about his business. Rats and squirrels nesting in my attic. Rats are now gone, still working on getting rid of squirrels. Tim has been responsive, follows up to find out if I'm still hearing noise in attic and won't quit until they're out! He's professional and personable.

Tim was wonderful.
