The home we purchased in Sept has had a major ant problem. They were in the window sills on the floors, even in beds. We were not satisfied with the provider we were using, so I went on Home Advisor and found Tim. He called within minutes of my request, stopped by the house later in the day, and then showed up the next morning to treat the house. He was knowledgeable, sprayed in places the other exterminator missed, and most importantly put my wife at ease. Also, his prices seemed fair. While the ants are not completely eradicated, we feel confident based on meeting Tim, that they will be gone soon.

Excel exceeded my expectations. So much, so I am hiring for follow ups on quarterly service. I had others before and had both the expensive that got the work done and the cheap that didn't even after free follow ups. This is high value, and great work. The best of both the value and performance.

Tim was great and fast. He took the time to dismantle the bed frame and remove every drawer in the room that was infested with bed bugs in order to get everything. I have great peace of mind knowing how thorough he was and the additional warranty he provides for only 95 dollars/month after the initial 30 day warranty. I finally am able to have a good night sleep after months of waking up at midnight and 4 am in order to check for bed bugs. In addition, he sprayed the interior and exterior of the house for bugs, which was an unexpected bonus.

Tim is terrific! He called me less than an hour after I posted my problem here on HomeAdvisor! Very professional, walked me through what he would be doing. Got rid of the wasps AND even sprayed for fire ants (which I didn't even call him out to do!). Awesome guy and I've already given his number to quite a few people!
