+ -1 moreThe president communicated very well with me throughout the process. My only real challenge was that it was all via VM and Texts. I had issues with the low voltage network in my home as well as potential issues with my monitored alarm system, so I decided to call a company which would cover all low voltage issues in my house. While the constant contact was good, had I known that data cabling with regard to my alarm system was not in this companies area of service providing, I would have chosen a different provider. I mentioned the alarm wiring in both a voicemail and a text, but there was no reply that this was not covered in their services. Not real happy about that!
Description of Work: Helped determine that my data networking problems were indeed my Mac and not the network. Would not fully address the potential low voltage network problems with my alarm communication to the phone because their services do not include that topic.

+ -1 moreThey are excellent and we use them all of the time. Several of my friends have used them and they're very very good. They can do small installations higher tech stuff as well.
Description of Work: They installed two flat screen televisions and programmed them with our surround sound system.

+ -1 moreWade Blandin is fabulous. He is knowledgeable and customer-service oriented. It is expensive work but his price is fair for the work done and the service he gives you.
Description of Work: We used Epic Audio Video Integration to upgrade our system. We have speakers throughout the house and controls in each room to control the speakers. He updated the outdoor area and rewired a bunch of wires throughout the house to make it work properly.

+ -1 moreOne of the employees did a wonderful joy installing television systems for me many months ago. I called the company when a television became inoperable & the owner came right out. He just needed to re-boot the system & refused to charge me for it.
Description of Work: This is a wonderful company that services all audio/visual needs. They are capable of purchasing and installing any type of electronic equipment. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to serving their customers. They were featured in a recent Dallas Morning News article.
