Description of Work: Whenever I need a small part or whatever to fix something, I go to Elliott's. Their staff has a lot of "fix it" experience and bends over backwards to find and even provide ideas on how to repair anything.

It went very smoothly and quickly.
Description of Work: Wes freed up the gas valves which had finally locked up after thirty years of use. He diagnosed the need for a new burner, which he had in stock and assembled for me. He said there were only three people left in the metro area who can work on Falcon aluminum grills, and carry a complete inventory of parts. I'm very pleased with his knowledge and expertise. My grill now cooks evenly on all sections, and should be good for another thirty years of use.

The price we were quoted was competitive with other stores in the area. We made an appointment to install the grill, but it took two separate days to complete. On the day of the appointment, the technician removed the old in-ground post grill. On another day, the new in-ground post grill was installed. The installer did not bring the cover that we had ordered with the grill. We had to go to the store later to pick it up. However, the installation was done well. The installer tested the grill to make sure everything was working and answered questions.
Description of Work: We purchased an in ground-post gas grill, cover, and installation from Elliott's Hardware.
