pretty bad and worthless. I didn't go into work that day in order to meet the guy at my house. He didn't see a point in being there since my A/C was not currently broken. He literally told me I could hose off the outside unit myself. He told me it was fine. He spent more time and effort telling me what other services his company could do for me. (FOR MORE MONEY)

We were not happy at all. They came out. They were supposed to do all this point check. The guy said we really don't need to look that and it looks great. We had to replace it two months later. I was not happy at all. It wasn't something that was broken. It was too high for the unit. It was going to burn out. I think it had to do with the motor but I'm not sure. They should have seen that. I had this company come out because they had all these different things that they were going to check listed on Angie's List. They didn't. Two months later, we heard this loud noise. We had it replaced. Their responsiveness was fine. They were responsive. Their punctuality was fine. I don't think they were professional.

Did a good job. Wanted to sell me a few add-ons but when I said no, didn't try to push a hard sell. Would use again.

Perfect from start to finish. I called on Friday to get an estimate on insulating our attached garage. Dave, the owner, and Jeff came out the very next day, which was great because my husband was there to ask questions that wouldn't occur to me. They looked at everything and pointed out areas that were not properly insulated over the house as well, and also that the furnace filter was shot, something I would never have even thought about on my own (I had a boiler back in Colorado). We sat down and discussed options. No hard sell, just good information. They were able to come two days later and complete the work. I got a text telling me they were 15 minutes away and another telling me the job was done. Jeff arrived a little later to install the thermostat. Dave gave a follow-up phone call to make sure all was well. He also shared the website where you can buy filters in bulk and save serious money. I'm really happy with this company, and I'm liking Texas a lot more now.

I didn't get what I paid for. They said they needed to do another $400 worth of work before the could service my air conditioner. I didn't agree with that. I had my old air conditioning company come in and they serviced my air conditioner. They said it worked just fine. The price seemed good for what they would've provided. I wasn't going to be there during the servicing but my son who is over 18 years old was. He made it clear that he had other plans and had somewhere else to go. He got home at about 4.03 p.m. and they weren't there. They weren't polite about it.

The owner thoroughly inspected the unit and could find nothing wrong with it. It turns out the noise is coming from the fan unit.

I thought he was superficial and wished to sell me their "~50 pt check up. Here is another case of "you get what you pay for". more or less.

Very good job. Tech was very serviceable and knowledgeable, explained to me why my system required more than the 1lb included in the package in order to run more efficiently. Got everything working properly.

My A/C didn't seem to be cooling very well, so I asked them to come out for a tune up and diagnostic. They didn't find much wrong with the system other than a dirty compressor unit. Hopefully, that's all there was.

Outside unit work was performed as requested. Didn't check attic unit and as result of additional cooling condenser began to accumulate water. Drain line was plugged and overflow pan leaked. Moral of the story is that the entire unit should be checked not just the source of the original problem.

I wasn't here, my wife dealt with this vendor, but she told me that she was very pleased & we'll use them again next year,

After examining the fan motor capacitor that needed replacement, I ordered one on Amazon.com for $20, as opposed to the $250 asking price for replacement. The provider was very knowledgeable and I would count on their advice and work for future large scale replacements; however for smaller things I would do them on my own to avoid any extraneous costs.

Like other reviewers on enquiring about the the $49 turn up deal to include1lb of freon - any extra lbs of R22 was excessive at $80 compared to competitions. You can get for around between $55 and $65 if you shop around. On basis of information I didn't use service They were very courteous and responsive to enquiry

Dennis was very thorough and professional. He did an expert analysis of problems we were having and resolved them. Our unit needed 1 lb of refrigerant and that was added at no additional cost. Unit has been running great with no more problems. We will definitely call Efficient Home Solutions for our fall/winter service and anytime we have a problem. Highly recommend!

I couldn't be happier with this company. The technician (Micah) was right on time and immediately began to survey the system. He quickly determined that the temperature differential between what was coming out of the vents and the thermostat setting was not within in the appropriate range. He was happy to explain the amount of freon necessary for the system to operate properly and showed me the current pressure levels on my outside condensor unit. He added the included pound of freon and it brought it right up to the adequate level. The house was quickly noticeably cooler. There was never any pressure to do any additional work or purchase any additional parts. I wont hesitate to use this company again. Thanks!

Overall, not good and would not use again. Primarily scheduling complications that resulted in evaluation scores above. Purchased $49 a/c inspection deal, then sent an email to vendor requesting time and informing of correct service address. Requested time, date, and address through Angies List scheduling service, no call no show on requested time. Called office, informed me they never scheduled and had wrong address; clearly never read the multiple emails I sent. I then reschedule deal a couple weeks later and appointment time Friday is missed. Called office and another communication issue between office and tech resulted in tech not arriving til nearly 7p. Inspection for $49 was fairly inconsequential. A couple observations were noted but no additional refrigerant was added as it was apparently in spec. Tech was nice enough although he was mentioning that a pressure gauge measured the temperature on the suction line, which Im not sure is accurate. Nevertheless, won't use again simply due to challenges in scheduling and professionalism.

the Tech was very nice. when I asked if he was going to blow out the a/c line, he td me that wd cost an add'l $60.00. in my years of having a HVAC company come out and do a Spring check on my a/c, blowing out the a/c line was automatic and part of the process. not the case with Efficient Home Solutions. they make the deal sound good by making the price so low - until they get to your house and want to charge a ridiculous amount for compressed air. no other companies have ever charged us extra for that. I feel as though they were trying to take advantage, and for that reason, I will not use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

He came by during a major rainstorm. Worked in the house first and then outside., He left me with a detailed analysis of each unit in case I need the next time something goes wrong.

Nice fellow who did a great job plus I learned some things I didn't know before about my system . I'm very pleased with the service & yes I would use them again !

Great service, very thorough. No high pressure sales tactics. Took his time and was very careful to check everything, inside and outside. I will be replacing my entire system in the near future and will most likely use this company.
