The technician was courteous, and helpful. He explained what it was he was doing as he was doing it, and was able to point out the issues with my a/c he encountered. He did an excellent job!

They had to add more coolant than what came with the big deal so it cost a little more. They were on time and did what they said they would do. They were fair about the coolant. They work turned out alright.

Domingo was great at explaining what was going on and finding the best way to fix things. Both units were old so had several things that needed to be done. Once the upstairs unit went out, the repairs already done was credited against the cost of the new unit. New Lennox system is working great.

Scheduling was easy and the service was on-time, but I had issues with the following: 1. They charge $65/lb for R-410A refrigerant, where the market price is under $10/lb. It seems a little high, especially since adding refrigerant is part of the 20-point. 2. The service I purchased included 1 pound of R-410A, but he was going to charge me for all 3 pounds added. As soon as I mentioned it, he corrected the price. I find it extremely hard to believe that it was due to negligence. 3. The condensate drain was clogged and he quoted me $200 to clear that. It would also require a second visit because he needed to check out the tool that flushes the pipe from the office. "Flushing and treating condensate drain with anti-algae product" again was 1 of the 20 points that should've been included in the service, but they never even intended to do that regardless of the clog. I ended up not doing that because the tune-up service I purchased two years ago (different company) cleared the condensate drain clog for free. He did it in under 10 minutes while also explaining the process to me. I'm not expecting everyone to be that generous, but to skip part of the service then to grossly overcharge when it's a little above and beyond is not good business ethics.

The AC guy was prompt, courteous, and informative. He explained what he was doing and what we would need to service eventually.

Mr. Brown was scheduled between 11:00 and 1:00 and arrived at 11:10. He checked the inside unit including the filter and spent about 20 minutes on the outside test. Then thoroughly cleaned the outside unit. I was so pleased I asked them where they were located in the hopes that they could handle my other house but it is too far away. I will definitely use them in the future!!

Overall, the technician was knowledgeable about the service however I think the service was not professional because, he did not show the weight of the cylinders before and after refilling the refrigerant. I feel like I paid money for the refrigerant which is not added to my unit.

Buyer beware!!! I paid $49 for a spring AC tune-up "deal." The person who came out immediately started trying to up-sell me. He said I needed to replace the condenser for $300 and really should replace the unit for $10,000. Then he said I needed two pounds of freon and the cost would be $30 for the first pound and $99 for the second pound. I showed him an invoice from a company I used last year and the service call, 3 lbs of freon, and cleaning the condenser and the total cost was $105. He said it must have been a mistake and that they didn't charge me enough. I called the company who did the work last year and they said they would be happy to come out and honor that price again this year. I also checked prices online for R22 freon and found that you can buy a 30# cylindar for $700 which equates to $30 per pound. In addition, I found that I could replace my unit with the same size, Carrier brand, for $5,600. I would NOT trust this company to do any work for me and definitely would not recommend them!

Mark did a great job. Allowed me to shadow him and he was patient and explained the different steps and what he was look at. Didn't try to upsale. Would definitely hire again.

Tech found a contactor that needed to be replaced. Wasn't anticipating the $297 charge, but it could prevent the compressor from going out in the future.

Technician was very professional and answered all questions in a casual and down-to-earth manner.

It went very well. Domingo, the attendant, was very good at communicating with me wit respect to the arrival time, the issues, and the manner of resolving the issues.

Great. Do not remember exactly what they did.

Two installers arrived on time and insulated appx. 1750 sq ft of fiberglass insulation. It took about an hour and a half. I had no complaints. Shout out to Christy in the office who came to my house during her lunch break to collect signed contract because I could not figure how to send it to her over the internet.

They checked the filter, looked at the condensate drain ( no cleaning), looked at the outside AC unit ( did not clean coils), checked the current flow did not check startup capacitor. All in all a waste of $49.

The tech from Efficient Home Solutions was very professional and took the time to give me suggestions and answer any questions I had regarding my A/C. As a first time home owner that is very valuable. I will definitely consider them for any future maintenance or repairs.
