Description of Work: Motor fan in Heater unit broke. Rather than charge me for a new motor unit - he searched his inventory for just the plastic fan. $75 versus $500+. Very honest person.

Description of Work: I purchased an "Angie's List Deal" for a 50 dollar service call (HVAC Check up) for a unit that was not working correctly. The tech arrived a bit late (no big deal as they did not inconvenience me)and went about diagnosing the until He isolated it down to a malfunctioning relay and gave me the diagnosis. He said it was late and he would need to get back to me the next day on a cost for the part. The tech did call me back the next day and said his supplier was looking into it and he would call me back in the afternoon to confirm the cost. I never heard another word from them. I ended up replacing the entire system with new equipment (From another supplier). |Overall I was happy with the diagnosis but I felt they lacked on follow through.
