The owner came out and did an estimate of the job needing to be done. Was very polite, professional and honest. I had interviewed 4 other insulation companies and they all said something different.

Reasonable priced, knowledgeable and friendly installation crew, great customer service team, and a caring owner.

Efficient Home Solutions was the most professional in the 4 other companies that I reviewed to perform the job. From bidding the job to scheduling to payment of services... there were no surprises. They did a great job and will now use them to support my AC and Furnace maintenance needs.

You know a good HVAC company when they don't try to sell you a new system as opposed to repairing the issue. Efficient Home Solutions falls into that category. He did what was needed; it was greatly appreciated.

The guy came, had no clue what he was doing, and blew the fuse on my furnace... then, wanted me to pay him even though the thermostat still was not installed AND I now had to replace the fuse on my furnace. Crazy.

Installation was done quickly and efficiently. Addition of the insulation has made my house more comfortable and lowered my energy bills.

CS on the phone was very professional. The technician that came home was okay but was told by CS that the initial service charge would be waived if a repair was needed. When repair was completed and seemed good, the technician collected, and when asked about application of the discount of $79 service charge, the technician studdered around trying to explain with the bottom line being that was not going to happen. I was happy our A/C worked and did not argue.

Friendly CS telephone representatives. Quick appointment times. On time tech who provided service as anticipated. This is from a new customer with this company.
