This review is about integrity and true customer service. David called me and guessed that the solution to my problem was to simply turn the HVAC switch in the attic from off to on. After spending $250 with other guys, all it took was one 2 minute phone call and he solved my problem over the phone. This means that David has real expertise and an attitude of true customer service. I've been in customer service for decades, and this is the kind of employee and company that has really got it all together for customers. This is why I'll always use this company and recommend them to everyone. Ask for David when you call. Thank you for saving me loads of time and further money!

Started off perfect. Was able to get an immediate quote for three different R values. The pricing seemed aligned with what I expected so I sent back the signed proposal then I never heard back from them. Called to find out when I was scheduled and learned the girl had been let go. Explains the silence from them, but for a new customer who was about to spend $1400 and was then left hanging it made me feel uneasy. The crew had an arrival window of 8-9am. They arrived at 9:30 only after I called to make sure they were on the way. The actual work went pretty easy. They did a professional job of blowing the insulation. I feel like they did the correct depth. The two guys were very friendly and cleaned up afterwards. There was no invoice or receipt and the 2nd half came out of my bank without hearing from them. My overall impression is they did a good job but need to work on communication and customer service.

The tech was on time, courteous and seemed to know by the symptoms what was wrong with the unit. It was also fixed quickly partly because he had the parts onhand.

Professional, thorough, and very helpful. My unit was stolen, & they made a terrible situation bearable, even adding some anti theft items.

I called for A/C service and within an hour he was here, and I related what had happened; he checked the equipment and explained the problem and price; he then installed/repaired what was needed and I was truly very pleased. I would and have referred this service to my friends as I have never used such an efficient repair service.

It was awesome. David was excellent and very thorough in explaining and telling me exactly what was going to happen and expect. His price was reasonable and I did an online search and price point comparison. When I put in the request for the furnace, and even though it was after hours, he called me immediately. None of the other contractors contacted me until the next day. And then it was text messages. I decided that if he had price point, I would hire him. He installed both the furnace and the air conditioning. I would go back to him for maintenance and or repairs.
