Terry, the owner, after getting the go ahead, committed to have his three man crew on site between 8:00 and 9:00 the next morning. The Early Bird Tree Service crew showed up promptly on time and reviewed again with me exactly what I had requested to be done. They then went to work on a big project with high energy with the intent to complete the job by days end. This team of tree climbers and cutters trimmed all the trees I had specified well beyond my expectation. The trees were sculpture and thinned out better than either of the two previous Tree Trimming Services I had previously used. As an added welcomed surprise, they also included the trimming of an additional tree I had not wanted to invest any money into. The full removal of the large pine located in a difficult spot by the pool was taken out without issue. Finally, the front, back, and side yard was cleaned up completely as if nothing had been trimmed throughout the day. Upon making payment to Terry, both the wife and I commented on how well we enjoyed his professional work, and looked forward to using his services again in future years.

They are very hard workers. They never stopped working, except for taking a short lunch. They cleaned up all the debris extremely well. Their rates were also very reasonable. It was a very good experience and I will definitely use them again.

Terry responded quickly to my request for a bid and followed-up after the bid. Terry kept me informed of his activity on the day scheduled for the service and he arrived when expected. He also worked with me to do the job in time for a pick-up of the limbs by the city the following day. Terry and the crew did a great job a removing a large tree which was overhanging the house. No damage to the house or landscaping surrounding the house. Also left me part of the tree for firewood as I requested. I was very pleased with the contact and the results of the work.

Terry arrived on time for appt. provided excellent service and gave recommendations on trimming trees and shrubs. I will definitely use his services again.

Terry Johnson and his crew were able to do this on a day's notice. They were able to complete the job on a weekend in time for City to pick up limbs on brush removal day for my area.

I have used Early Bird Tree Service twice and will continue to use them in the future. Terry did a fantastic job trimming my trees and removing a 44 inch stump that another tree service could not take out. His crew is amazing. They climbed up into my trees and did a great job trimming. The best part is that they show up on time and clean up after they are finished. I don't give many reviews but Terry dissevered this one. I highly recommend him and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I called about 1:30pm on Friday asking for an estimate for the 2 large oaks. He was in the neighborhood and came right over. The price he quoted was lower than the other I received. He explained what they were going to do. I brought up the pear tree and he gave an estimate for that. He said they could do it right then. They worked all afternoon. While they were working, I asked him about 3 smaller trees and grinding. He quoted a price for those. The quotes were reasonable. So they did it all the same day. They even cleaned up more than what they worked on. I do plan to use them for future projects.

Terry diid the work when I was out of town. He did a great job and I will be using to trim the large trees in the front yard.

The owner, Terry, is very courteous and professional and also his crew. When he gave his bid, he told me that one half of the splitting tree could easily fall on my large storage shed. I accepted his bid and he and his crew came the next morning so the tree did not split more and fall on my shed. They were in the middle of another person's job but came here early to take care of my splitting tree as the weather was windy. It was a relief to know my shed would not get damaged. Then they had to go back to the other person's job. The next day, they finished all my work. They removed the large tree on the other side of my pond and had to carry the limbs and large trunk pieces a long way to my street curb. They did an excellent job of removing all the broken limbs on about ten other trees. The yards were left spotless after they moved all the trimmings to the curb for the city to pick up.
