+ -1 moreI asked the owner of the company, if he would have one of his men paint the wooden slats which allows ventilation into the attic after they were finished with the roof (Sorry but I do not know the terms for slat part). I am a woman over 65 years of age. He was very accommodating and had one of his workers paint this out of reach part of the house. He didn't have to do this but he did.
Description of Work: Eagle Roofing & Construction has worked on my roof recently and I highly recommend them if you want an excellent outcome. The problem was wood rot on the west side of my house which required new wood installation and roof shingles. At this time the company owner investigated the condition of the rest of the roof and discovered the concrete anchoring the chimney cap was disintegrating and would latter be a source of water leakage. He showed me the photo of the cracking concrete taken on his smartphone. With my consent, he had the chimney cap totally replaced. The job has a lifetime warranty. Living in Dallas, we are known to have hail and when I need my roof checked after a hail storm I call Eagle Roofing & Construction. Luckily I have had no damage from the penny size hail. I have talked to the owner, Ernie McKnight, about updating my second bathroom in the near future. I highly recommend this company if you want a thorough high caliber outcome run by an owner with ethics.
