Everything was perfect from the initial meeting with Carter Davis until the job was completed on time (Started on promised start date). Carter explained the Dura Lock system, provided education about important information to consider regardless of which company I hired and Dura Pier has a warranty that is not full of cancellation clauses. Price was appropriate based upon the Dura Pier proprietary technology. I recommend hiring this company for foundation repairs!!!!!

I would like to recognize the receptionist, the one that answers the phone. I don't remember her name. The receptionist was very helpful, and she got everything done. When I had problems, she organized everything really well. I'm not sure who my contractor was, because there were 2 guys.

I was able to schedule an appt. with Carter Davis, owner, & his asst. Todd within 2-days of my inquiry call. Problem with my foundation had been identified by a general contractor whom I had retained previously for various types of home improvements/repairs. Upon their prompt appt. arrival, I detailed the foundation problems identified by my general contractor. I explained the way the general contractor proposed to do the work. Mr. Carter questioned the feasibility of the general contractor's proposed approach to repair. I asked Mr. Carter if he would be willing to have a telephone conversation with the general contractor. Fortunately, I was able to reach the general contractor who then spoke with Mr. Carter and me. In the discussion the general contractor was able to explain to Mr. Carter as to how he proposed to do the work. Subsequent to the telephone conversation, Mr. Carter advised me that the general contractor's more labor intensive but less structurally disruptive approach was indeed workable for my particular situation. He advised that based on my long-standing relationship with this individual that I should let him do the necessary repairs. Both Mr. Carter & Todd were very attentive, honest, & straight-forward in their interaction with me. It was my good fortune to encounter both of these gentlemen.

It was excellence. The work was hard to do. They came did the pier and clean up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone.

The bricks were separating and clearly some issues with the house. I compared Dura Pier to to others and I liked their technology, timeliness, cleaned up after the job. Because of the piers it closed back up all of the spaces in the bricks. After the house settled the redid the landscaping and overall did an outstanding job.

Our house suffered terribly in drought conditions in Houston several years ago. We had emergency repairs done to the back of the house then, but the front began sinking as well. Dura Pier recently came in and placed more than 20 piers under the foundation. They were on time, efficient and pleasant to work with. They also did a terrific job cleaning up afterwards, and today -- a few months later -- followed up with measurements to see that the job had been done correctly. Highly recommended.
