I have been using Randy almost since he started in business 33 years ago. I had just moved in and had small ants in the house. Randy did a thorough go-through of the house (which was new at the time) and make recommendations on doing things like putting steel wool into certain area under the sink to keep rodents out and putting pantyhose over the outside laundry dryer vent (he even came back with a pair of his wife's pantyhose since he knew I was single). Randy has been doing my house on a regular basis every since and lets me know of what needs to be looked after (trimming shrubs away from the house) or if something outside or inside does not look right. Have recommended him to many of the neighbors. I didn't list the price since Randy won't raise my rates since I was one of his first clients and have given him so many recommendations throughout the years. He is a loyal professional that looks after his clients.

Everything went great. I have been using Duncan Professional Services for 30 years since my house was built. I normally have the service done every 3-4 months. Randy Duncan is very knowledgeable. Through the years on a couple of occasions I have called him out about ants in the house between quarterly visits & he has come out & figured out the problem & treated & eliminated the problem with no additional cost.

I used them a long time ago and he provided me a good service. He's very reliable and knowledgeable about bugs. He knows everything you'd ever wanna know about bugs. He's always on time and he's very trustworthy. I have been using his service for 25 years now.

We have used his services for almost twenty years. He is like a member of our family and is a great guy. He even provides services to my sons home as well.

It has been an excellent experience working with this company. We have been using them since 1983 and have had no complaints at all. They are very prompt. We would highly recommend them.

Randy looked at ants and ant patterns. Told us our house is an open conduit to the outside with our plants too close to the foundation. Worked at disturbing the pests patterns. We cleaned up the yard. He sprayed, put out extra goodies, and ants went away (as well as occasional ROACHES!) Couldn't promise the house would be critter-free by the time the daughter and boyfriend made it down, but they didn't notice any critters. Randy comes out and does it again - we have so few ants and roaches! It is a team effort - we have to do our part in landscaping, and he does the rest. We should have him out every quarter - looks like it's more like every 6 weeks. Great and knowledgeable guy!

Mr Duncan was prompt in coming by to see the situation and was able to perform the service on the same day. He called promptly to schedule a 5 week check in. He is very knowledgeable, thorough in his explaination and professional. He didn't do a hard sell, presented factual information; provided information on how I could prevent the investation in the future.

I was very happy with his service. He was very nice and very thorough. I found his service to be reasonably priced. He was running late one day but called ahead to let me know when to expect him. I certainly plan to use him again in the future.

He was very knowledgeable. He was very realistic on giving us advice on how to treat it. His pricing is pretty competitive. We are very impressed with him. He is coming out to help us again Friday.

Randy comes to my home four times a year and sprays for bugs on the outside and inside. He will return in between times if a problem arises. He keeps up on the most effective sprays and is very knowledgeable about insects. He is very prompt to schedule service and is on time.

He is extremely positive, and has been for over ten years.
