Description of Work: The service call went very well indeed. There was a misunderstanding on the purchase of a checkup in that the fine print only covered one unit. I had two. We negotiated a price for two units that turned out to be $30/yr more than my previous contract with another vendor.

Description of Work: Tried to adjust air flow to master bedroom but couldn't tell much improvement.

Description of Work: DT installed a complete HVAC system, Carrier Infinity system, in my house. |After a couple of years the system is still performing to my expectations and I have had no issues with the install over a long time period.

Description of Work: Heater (gas) was not igniting. Dani showed up cleaned the sensor and we were back in business. He didn't try to sell me services or parts that I didn't need.

Description of Work: The provider erred and overlooked an appointment for which I wrote a very dissatisfied message. However, they contacted me the next day, profusely apologized and scheduled another visit, we one time, performed what I needed and issued a report I needed for the sale of my home. They reacted to a negative situation caused by a excess of business due to the excessive TX heat, but made up for it, fessed up, no excuses and made it right. They did a good job of turning a negative into a positive.

Description of Work: Serviced the A/C and heating unit inside. Installed a auto cut off switch on 2nd drain line. Also, determined the heating needed a new fusible link. Determined he would need to order the link and would call us when it came in. Called as he said and set up time to complete the repair. Very congenial and efficient.

Description of Work: This was a pleasant company to work with. The technicians were careful, clean and performed a quality job replacing our A/C coil under warranty. I will use them again if I need more A/C work.

Description of Work: A/C was not running when I got home. Called DT and theuy said they could be there between7pm and 8m (it was after 6pm then!) I had my doubts but DT showed up at 7 pm and an immediately found the problem The coils were very dirty adn the unit had overheated and cut off. He cleaned it up., checked the unit and ow it runs better than ever. I will probable need a new unit next year and I will DEFINITELY call them when I do. GREAT service, very impressed.

Description of Work: AC stopped blowing cold air. I called a bunch of Angie's list places for emergency evening service. DT was the one of last one I called and one of first ones to respond. I then told him my husband had figured it out - workmen in the garage had overloaded the circuit with the AC on it and blown the breaker. Even though they didn't come out the fact they called back so quickly shows they are thorough as well as prompt and professional. Definitely will try DT in the future.
