Description of Work: We had a new Trane variable speed air conditioner and furnace installed. Best experience ever with a service provider! Dana, Z, and the rest of the crew were professional in every way--on time, hard working, excellent cleanup, great follow up. The crew never slowed down and worked the entire time. The following day, Dana called to make sure everything was working right. I give this company the highest recommendation.

Description of Work: I thought I smelled gas in the attic so I bought a deal to check the furnace. When the technician came he advised the deal is for one unit. Since I have 2 units I asked him to check both for an extra charge. I also agreed to change the capacitor as he advised. I paid around $70 for the deal. The second unit and the capacitor was an extra $80 so the total was around $150. I have used this company about 3 times before. The first time as in 2010 - to replace one of the AC unit. I think the company's pricing is reasonable and I am happy with the service.

Description of Work: Initially, D-T Air replaced both of our AC/Heat units with very high efficiency Trane units and modified some duct work. The changes improved our life in our house many times over. Since that work, D-T has serviced our units for general service and that is what the above cost reflects.
