Description of Work: Dana and his team handle my home and both my rentals. His team is punctual and responsive. | |He is great with explaining the work that is being done and going to bat for me when there is a warranty or manufacturer issue. | |We had an issue with one of the rentals and his tech quickly identified that the power line to the external compressor had been accidentally cut by the gardener. The tech had the unit up in running in minutes.
