I like their work ethic and integrity. They are efficient, confident and conscientious.

The DT crew did a good job. The guys who brought the unit spoke English well and got the job started. The tech who finished up didn't speak much English so communication was a bit difficult. But it seemed obvious to me that he knew his business and everything's working fine. The "B" for professionalism has more to do with communication overall, including getting an updated invoice when some work we had agreed on turned out to be too difficult/costly to complete. So the invoice they left had the wrong amount and still listed that work. The "corrected" invoice just was an e-mail attachment with the total scratched out and replaced, but the work not performed still listed. That's a pretty small thing, though. The price was good and the work was done well.

They provided the best bid on all new air conditioning and heating units. Since it is a mobile home, some of the equipment was specific to mobile homes so price would probably have been even better if a traditional home. They did an outstaning job in installing. I highly recommend them.

Tech was on time and respectful. I know nothing of hvac repair and could have easily been taken advantage of. My downstairs ac did not blow cold. The capacitor was quickly identified as problem and replaced. My upstairs heat would not engage. After a slightly longer diagnostic period(well within a reasonable amount of time), the thermostat was identified and quickly replaced.

Dana arrived on time and did a good job.

Ac unit getting ice build up in areas and house not cooling. Called on Sunday. Dana answered and I described issue. He told me what to do over phone and came out @2 hours later- as he said. He diagnosed problem and fixed it quickly. Was helpful in answering my questions.

He arrived about 45 minutes early which caught me off guard while I was working, but that was ok. He found the problem on the outside of the house, told me how much it would cost, and fixed it within 10 minutes. The price for the labor and part were fair. This is the second time I've used him - both times were perfect.

I woke up this morning to find the fan on the compressor outside not working. I called my normal AC company and they only have 1 guy working on Saturday. He said it was probably the motor and he did not carry those on the truck, so if it needed to be replaced, it would mean a second service call (and charge) on Monday. I called DT, left a message and Dana called back within 10 minutes. He said he did have a motor on his truck (if needed) and he would be here between 11 and 1. He showed up at 10:30! After a minute he saw that it was only a capacitor that had blown, which he also carried. In 10 minutes he had us fixed and he was on 2 the next emergency! I think I have found our new AC company!

Our AC stopped working on 8/1/12. The fan and compressor on the outside unit weren't running. We called a different company on 8/2/12 who came to look at the outside unit. They arrived on time and took a quick look at the compressor and decided that it was bad. After checking inside the house, they immediately said that we needed a new system. They said they could have someone install it that night for $7200 (3T all electric). We decided to wait and get another estimate because that seemed high. We called DT the next morning for a repair appointment. I called at 10:30, left a message. Dana at DT called back with 10 minutes and said he could be out between 12 and 2P. He called back at 11:30 saying he was at the house. I was just leaving work to make it there by 12 and told him I'd be there in 15. By the time I got home Dana was sitting in the shade next to unit. I walked up, introduced myself and shook hands. He said he'd started the diagnosis and already installed the hard start kit. He then pushed in the solenoid to start the system and everything worked. He stated the current bill was $230. He said he could check the freon if I wanted him to do so. I knew it hadn't been checked in a while so I said sure and went in to flip the thermostat on. He checked the levels while he asked how well the AC had worked before it quit. To which I responded it worked fine. He asked if I washed the coils and I admitted to not doing it as often as I should. He said the system was about 1.5lbs low and that it was $49/lb. and asked if I wanted him to continue. I said sure and he proceded to add the R22. He ended up using 2lbs. I saw the scale readouts for before and after. He reassembled everything during which I asked for a ballpark figure on replacing the system ($3500-8K but averaging around 5K with another 6-800 for making it a heat pump). I gave him my card number, he gave me the receipt, I thanked him and he was off. That outside unit has seen better days and it looks like it (I've been waiting for it to kick the bucket), but not once did Dana try to push me into a new system. Even when I broached the subject by asking about pricing. He just stated that the part had a year warranty, but it might be a good idea to start thinking about a new system. I truly appreciate the fact that he found a cost effective solution (by the way I had already replaced the run capacitor) to get us back up and running without going right to a new system. He and DT will be the first place I call for a quote on the new system when it comes time to do so.

I checked Angies List to find the best rated air and heating companies in our area. Since D T Air Conditioning & Heating had one of the best ratings, I called for an estimate. Dana came to the house and did measurements to see what size air conditioning and heating units would do best for our size house. These units were for our downstairs (we have another for the upstairs). Then a discussion about 14 SEER verses 16 SEER. After we made our decision on everything we wanted, Dana gave us an estimate that included the brand name and size of units, etc.. He gave us an installation date and said it would take two days to remove the old units and replace them. The installation techs came on time and everything was completed in two days. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the whole process. Also, we are very happy that we selected the 16 SEER unit. Our summer electric bills are at least a third less now.

.DT air and heating came out that same day and replaced my old HVAC unit completing the repair. About 4 to 5 hours later my home was cool again. I would recommend them as Dana gave me a decent price from the start and they completed my repair in the same day he came out. My air conditioner seems to be working as it should. I am appreciative of the effort and swiftness of my unit being replaced. I believe they are an honest company who knows what they are doing and care about the customer's satisfaction.

I was told by my tenant that AC upstairs stopped working. It was more than 100 degrees outside and July 4th was coming. Good thing that I replaced downstair unit 2 years ago. But I had to respond quick. So I called DT and another company. Dana came out the next day did an inspection then explained to me what needed to be done. I needed a new compressor and coil. Then he emailed me 2 estimates, one for new compressor and other for an complete new system. I decided to get a new system to save trouble down the road. I tried to get estimates from Home Depot and was connected to another major vendor in the area. A lady from the company came and gave a quote for the same system. Her estimates was about $1500 more than DT's. So I scheduled the install right after July 4th. The day installer came, my tenant had unresolved billing issue with the power company and they cut the electricity to the house. Installer couldn't proceed for a while because their power tools need electricty. I called Dana and he quickly make some adjustments. Installer finished installation before the day ends. Dana came in next day after electricity was restored. He did some testing quickly then started the system. It's running well without any problems. Dana and his team are great at what they do. And they did it with very competitive pricing. I couldn't be more happy. I strongly recommend this company. I would have hired DT if I knew 2 years ago when I replaced my downstairs system. It could have saved my a few grand.

Arrived on time for estimate. Very informative and presented various options. We believed the information that was presented and all questions answered to our satisfaction. Always available by phone for further questions and always polite. Install proceeded as anticipated. Three workmen, all professional, worked well together and units work exceedingly well.

Our a/c started acting weird on Saturday morning. We weren't sure what it was and by the evening it wasn't running without a kick start and couldn't leave it running. We called DT at 8:00 pm in the evening and left a message. Received a call within 30 minutes and they arrived within an hour. Quick fix for the compositor and he was done within 20 minutes. Extremely friendly and quick service for a Saturday evening. We will use every time we have any issues. His price for a Saturday call and fix were phenomenal!

I found out late last night that my AC was on the fritz. I called Dana late Friday morning and he was able to come out the same day to fix the issue! Very professional service. I've used his company twice now and will continue to use him in the future!

My AC unit went out on Tue 6/12 and started calling places that evening. After getting rejected by one company for location (even though their website says they service my area) and not hearing at all from another company on Wed morning (today), I called DT around 9:30a or so. They not only squeezed me into their schedule today but arrived within the time frame they said they would and went right to work. Dana diagnosed the problem quickly and fortunately had the part in his truck. The replacement work was relatively quick and the AC unit is working again. Great service and great work!

I returned from vacation on a Friday night and realized AC not working. I immediately thought of Dana since his company installed new units for me a few years ago. He agreed to stop by my house the next day between 12 and 2pm. He arrived around 1:30 and immediately found problem and fixed it in 30 minutes. Nice guy, professional, and I'll use him again.

Dana arrived on time for the 1st appointment. He was very professional and worked quickly. He looked at my existing system, thoroughly explained all of the work that need be done to replace it, and provided several options for me to consider. He then promised to have a quote ready for me for three different units of varying quality and price points by the next morning. He actually emailed the quotes to me that night. After reviewing his quotes and a few quotes from other companies, I decided to have DT do the work for me. I let Dana know, and he promptly scheduled my appointment. On the day of the installation, Dana called ahead of time to let me know when to expect the work crew. The guys showed up on time, put down drop cloths everywhere they would be working inside the house, and gave me a quick explanation of what they would be doing. They completed their work professionally and within the time frame I was told to expect.

I utilized DT Airconditioning about a year ago to repair an AC system leak in my attic. Because of the honesty and professionalism I experienced with this company I called them when my AC stopped working. Had a new system installed within a week. They showed up on time, were respectfull, and did a beautiful job (no mess!).

Dana installed the system a few weeks after giving us a quote. Two of his lead installers showed up on Saturday morning and stayed until about 5:00, working hard throughout the day. Fantastic job !

Overall the bid and installation process went very smoothly. Dana was very patient with the numerous questions I asked about the various systems he had available. We were pleasantly surprised that his crew was able to install our unit earlier than we had anticipated. Dana and his crew arrived when they said they would for both the bid and installation processs.
