Dana did a terrific job as he always does ( we have used him for several years). He comes out quickly and for us the problems tend to occur on weekends, and he has no problem with the timing. He is fair, honest, and provides good pricing. He goes above and beyond. We have a high trust level in Dana and will continue to use and recommend him highly.

Our old system was not working well, and it was determined that there was a leak, probably in the coils. Because the system used the old, environmentally unfriendly, and now very expensive R22 refrigerant, we decided to replace the whole system. DT Air Conditioning provided one of two quotes for the job. Because their quote was for a two-stage, high-efficiency system that was not very much more money than the basic unit quoted by the other company, we chose DT. They were able to do the work earlier than expected, came on time, were courteous, and provided a clear overview of what we could expect. Then they met expectations in every way. After installation, the installer gave me a tour of the units both outside and in the attic, providedsome pointers and guidelines and the documentation. Then they thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. The entire operation was done in about 7 hours. So far we are completely pleased with the operation of the system.

We contacte the company and the gave a date and time that a techician could come to our house and the technician showed up on time. The techincian explained what was causing the problem and provided us with a specific price for the repair. He completed the repair on the same day. We are very pleased with the way our heater/air conditioner is now functioning.

Dana arrived just as a thunderstorm was arriving but he diagnosed the problem in the rain then climbed into the attic to make the repair. I was pleased with his professionalism and quick work. I will use his services again.

Dana, the owner, first came out to give us a quote. It was pretty competitive against the other bids received. Then his team came out a week later to do the work. They were prompt, professional and knew their stuff. The work was done over the course of 2 days. The first day, they worked on the downstairs and installed a new compressor and state of the art air handler. They came a week later to work on the upstairs unit, replacing the ductwork. They did a great job overall and took their time to ensure both jobs were done with high quality. I was particularly impressed with the work they did in revamping the ductwork in the attic. It was in bad shape. We had only one return coming into the air handler and it was undersized. They ended up increasing the existing return size as well as installing an additional return in the bedroom. They also installed a 4 inch filter plenum, a new float switch and revamped the configuration of the ductwork to maximize efficiency. Overall, I was pretty happy with their work. The difference was significant in terms of the additional air flow we were getting throughout the whole 2nd level of our home. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Before the work started we chose DT over other competitors because the airflow problem was addressed by agreeing with DT's redisgned approach of the duct work, quality components (Trane everything, minus media filter cabinent (Honeywell for that)), and just a good feeling from the interview and questioning. DT's crew was on time the day the work started. All big components were dropped shipped from Trane to my house the day before the job. Tear out of old units we done safely without damage to anything else. The rework of old duct work and new duct work was completed without damage to anything existing in the home or attic. The job went smooth and clean up of debris and old units were hauled away. The new units were tested and a few adjustments were made to the owners liking. I could not be more pleased with the service, professionalism, quality of products installed, and pricing. I would used and recommed DT again and again.

Dt. Air installed new 16 Seer Air and Heating system in my home in April, 2013. I had used DT before and was impressed with them so called for a bid when I was ready to change out my system. Their pricing is more reasonable than other bids that I had gotten. Dana, the owner is very knowledgeable about systems and how they work. They added a return and did some vent work that made all the difference in the way the system performed. Builder did not install system correctly when the house was built and never did cool the house properly. Have been extremely pleased with the way my house is cooling and heating now and there is a HUGE difference in my electric bill. Will continue to use.

Dana came over. Gave me a no nonsense estimate. The repair work done was under the estimate given and I am very pleased with the service. Will recommend DT to anyone who needs their HVAC system serviced. DT was on time, on budget, exceeded my expectations. Very honest and upfront on charges. DT did not not go out of the way fishing for additional work. Repairs recommended were only ones that were deemed necessary. Recommended A+

Dano was very prompt. It was a very cold day for Texas and he was aware of how important is was to get the problem resolved. He came out a few hours after my call and assessed the problem. The furnace had a bad motor and wheel which would be rather expensive to replace. The furnace was installed in 1998 and after talking out the options, we determined that it would be best to have a new furnace installed. The ductwork was not in good shape so we had that replaced as well, along with the thermostat. The installation was set for Feb. 12th a week later. We agreed this would work because no one was going to be here for the weekend and I was dog sitting for my next door neighbor so slept at their house on the cold nights. . The furnace was installed on Feb. 11th and the ductwork on the 12th. The work was done in an expert manner. His staff was very professional and knowledgable. There was barely one dust pan of dirt to clean up in the house. I would not hesitate to call him again for HVAC work. In fact, we plan to have him handle the routine maintenance for us. A job well done!

My heat went out - while I had guests staying over, of course. I'll definitely call him again.

I called to speak with someone for a new unit for a commercial building, the phone rang for 45 seconds and then a recording came on to leave a message. I do not leave message with several companies available, I think it's unprofessional to have to leave a message.

Everything went great! Dana is very nice, punctual and he fixed the problem quickly so that we could get warm. It was the coldest night of the year and he helped us on a Saturday. I would highly recommend him.

My heater would not come on. The pilot light indicator was blinking 3 times. I called around 8:30 AM on a Wednesday and he said they would be here between 10:00 - 11:00 AM. Dana Tovi called to let me know that they were running a little late. It only took about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem. Getting the right part took the longest time. They had to go to 2 different places but Mr. Tovi kept me updated. He replaced the combustion motor assembly in like 15-20 minutes. It?s been working great ever since. I am very pleased with the service.

Excellent! We called and they came within 2 hours the same day. Awesome. It was the owner and his son, not some team of flunkies. They diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. It was a wiring problem outside in the AC unit. We had replaced the thermostat before calling them but they told us the old one was fine, so they switched it back to the old one for us saving us $75.00. Lightening fast response, experts, fixed the problem, and didn't do anything that did not need to be done. no overcharging, no extra work, no double talk. Really first rate people. Five stars all around! They are awesome and we will call them in the future if we have any other AC or heating system issues.

We have two A/C units for our three-story townhome. Both units started to fade on Wednesday night (blowing hot air, fan not kicking on, etc.), and the temperature inside started to rise. Called DT Air Conditioning around 9:00 a.m. on Thursday morning and both units were as good as new by 11:30 a.m. Had to replace a capacitor on one unit and add freon to the other. The gentleman that came out to the house identified the problem quickly and immediately fixed it. Great response time, showed up before the time I was quoted on the phone and very efficient. I highly recommend them.

The system was installed in the attic, which was not the best working environment in the heat, however, it went very welll. They removed the old system and replaced it with a new one in one day. They left the job site neat and we are very pleased with the system that was recommended for our home. It is very convenient to have temperature control for two different areas and a level of temperature comfort we have not had for a while. Mr. Tovi and his employees are professional and knowledgeable. The cost was competitive with other vendors.

Dana was in the area when I called, so he was able to come by within an hour. He checked the system and determined the fan motor was going out. The motor was replaced and the AC system was checked. Being that the service was performed on a Sunday, it cost a little more. He's done great work for us in the past and I look forward to using him again in the future.

They replied right away and showed up promptly the following morning. I'm not sure about the cost though. $210 for a capacitor that took a total of 30 minutes to replace (including the trip out here) seems high, but I really have no idea. Assuming the price is fair, their service is excellent.

I thought that the company should have come to the house to look at the unit. Another company did a more complete quote because they actually inspected the unit. In addition, the quote from this company was very high. However, the company was very responsive and friendly.

They were extremely good; I would recommend them to other people. They were thorough, right on time, and their price structure was better than the other two companies that we looked at. We really were quite satisfied with the way they approached the installation.

The price was very competitive for 2 new units, 3 1/2 ton and 5 Ton. Dana was very responsive to questions and issues that came up durring the installation. They replaced one unit one day, and the other the next so that we were not without A/C over night. The units have been great an cut my electric bill in half.

Dana and his team were awesome. They were very professional and and punctual and I definately will use them again. For my rental property, they accomodated a quick turn around for getting the outside AC condensor and coils installed so my renter would not be without AC in our hot Dallas summer days. Then a few weeks later in the new house we just moved into, my upstairs AC finally just stopped working. I had 2 other companies fix it since May but it was over 12 years old and time to replace. I called Dana and he installed a new system a few days later. His pricing is very fair and competitive and my overall experience was an A+.
