They're great. We've been using them for like 3 or 4 years. They do good service and the price is reasonable.

They were great. I've used them for a couple of years. He saved me from having to buy all new equipment by making a minor repair when I first started using him. They came out and did the service. They did what they were supposed to do. The prices are reasonable, he is fair and honest which are the three main things that I really appreciated about him. Everybody else just tried to sell me a brand new piece of equipment and he said, 'Why do you want that?'. I was happy. I have used him ever since then. I was keeping his card; for my thermostat, anytime I needed something, I had his number and he did the maintenance on it. Every 6 months or so he would come out and make sure everything was running right. I recommended him to the new owners of the house.

They are the best around. I can give him any highest rating. I have been a long term Angie's customer for long time I don't use anybody unless they are on Angie's list.

Excellent job! Which is exactly what we have learned to expect from him in the past 3-4 years of working with him. He replaced another unit of ours a couple of years ago with a Trane system, which we have been very happy with. For some reason, the Trane unit in our bedroom, 2 tons, cools our bedroom during the summer where the other unit, (also 2 tons)couldn't keep up with the heat, even running full time. Always comfortable and keeps the room at the set temp. Even in July and August. I'm expecting the same with this unit. Excited to have it in. Dana knows what he is doing. Skeptical at first, as I always am with a new contractor, he has proven himself over and over again. Responsive, prompt, honest and knows his profession. His crew is great and I recognized his crew chief from the last install. They clean up after themselves, are very polite and work efficiently. Dana goes above and beyond what he has to do. He came back out yesterday because I had a question about my new unit. No charge. Volunteered to come out to see what I was talking about. He filled out our registration papers bc he wanted to make sure it was completed and sent in on time for our warranty. That's service!

We had this company come before and Dana (the owner) came out....did an excellent job! This time, Z came out and we were again so impressed with the professionalism he displayed and quick diagnosis and repair. He was thorough and did a great job explaining everything. He was confident and friendly that gave us the strong impression that he knew what he was doing. Z did an outstanding job for a fair price. We decided to buy the service contract b/c we have 3 units that need to be cleaned and reviewed. Would highly recommend! Will always use them!

Dana, was professional and very responsive. He evaluated both the air condition outside units and furnaces. Worth the piece of mind before buying. I would highly recommend them.

This company was great. I have had many annual inspections done for my furnace and AC. They usually come and go in 10-15 minutes. This company did not just inspect, but cleaned, flushed lines, etc - real maintenance. There was a small part they replaced, which was functioning,but at low capacity. - it was rusty and cobbled together.

We used DT Air Conditioning and Heating last year to replace one of our A/C & Furnace units. Dana?s bid was the most competitive and comprehensive. He covered all the bases. This year we called him for an estimate and he was at the house the next day to look things over. The estimate was emailed that evening. Again, his bid was the most reasonable and we were on his calendar for an install the next week. The installation crew showed up on time and went straight to work. The challenge was to perform the install during a thunderstorm. Fortunately there were enough breaks in the rain bands to let them complete the outside work without endangering themselves. The work went smoothly and the team was professional and experienced. Bottom Line: Dana delivered! Recommending DT Air Conditioning and Heating is a no brainer.

I bought this provider's Big Deal and received a really great price on a new AC unit and coil. They were very responsive on phone calls and came out when scheduled. The installation took about 5 hours and was done professionally. The owner, Dana, also stopped by. My AC is now working and ready for the hot summer! Would definitely use them again.

This is the second time I've used them. He fixed my a/c a couple of years ago and it only cost me $150. He is a good guy; I like him.

He argued with me and finally he agreed to have it replaced. I asked him how much its gonna cost me and he goes "nothing, its under warranty." I said, "do it." He fixed the problem. I had this little fight with the guy, he's a little bit hard headed. He didn't listen to the customer. The product was effective. He seems to be conforming to the type of A/C. I think I'd call him again.

He was very good and I actually probably should have already had him back out here to do his work. I just remember that it was a very good experience that I was very pleased with what he did. He did an excellent job, he didn't check any of his little work perform boxes so I didn't see exactly what he did, but anyway he was very professional, he came on a Sunday I think and he did a reasonable job for a reasonable amount of money and I was pleased of his work. I would use this provider again in the future.

It went very well. They were on time, professional, informed me what they found and the fee was as I expected.

DT's price was the best of three bids. The installation went as planned without issues. The work performed by his team was professional and the new unit works very well. I would definately recomend DT Air to people that need an A/C unit serviced or replaced.

After using Dana for several years to repair our air units, he was our first choice when it was finally time to replace both units. Just to be sure we were getting a good deal we asked three other companies to give us quotes and Dana's was indeed the lowest. His crews only took one day to replace each unit and they did a very good job. They were also very polite and made sure everything was clean before they left. Dana did come by to check to make sure the work was done correctly and to make sure we were happy. I am firmly convinced that Dana and his people are the best choice for the installation or servicing your air conditioners. I have recommend him to several of my friends and family members and they all agree.

I messaged the company Friday night recieved an immediate response and an appointment was setup for the next morning. Technician was on time and knowledgable. He fixed the problem and a wiring problem that would have caused issues in the future. I have used them before and will use them again. Price was very fair!

The outside compressor was short cycling on Sunday. I called Dana that afternoon and he said he would be at the house first thing Monday morning. He had the problem identified in a very short time and ordered a part to be delivered next day. A conflict with my schedule pushed the repair until Thursday (today). The A/C is blowing cold! Dana (DT Air) has always been prompt and professional. He takes the time to explain what he or his team is doing and I appreciate his attention to customer satisfaction.

We had our regular service company come out this morning to check our AC unit since the upstairs (2nd unit) was not working. This experience went poorly (will write a separate review on them; I am giving them a chance to respond to me first) and my gut said something is not correct when the guy told us we needed $900-1000 of repairs - replace the capacitor, relay and motor. I found DT and another company on Angie's list! DT responded fastest - called them at 2.30 pm and Dana was here at 4 pm!!! on a Saturday!!! He checked why 1 external HVAC unit was not working. Identified that the capacitor was no longer working. Replaced it. Then ensured nothing else was broken. Then I requested he check the capacitor for the other external HVAC unit. He checked it and gave me options - change it now since it is in 'okay' shape OR change it when it gets worse. If I were to change it today, it would not cost me a service call (i.e. would be $128 more) but if I changed it in the next service call (assuming I moved our servicing to them), it would also cost me $128. I liked that he gave me options and was not pushy. In the end - we changed 1 capacitor and paid for that + the service call + the check on the 2nd unit that was working.

Saturday night about 10:00 pm our air conditioner stopped working. I found DT Air Conditioning and Heating on Angie's list and it said they worked on Sundays. I called them about 8:00 AM on Sunday morning and left a message. I got a call back about 9:00 AM and they were at my house by 10:30 AM. My air conditioner was fixed and running by 11:00 AM. They did not try to sell me a new air conditioner, service contract or any thing else, they just fixed my old unit. I will definitely use them again.

They have the same brand that we have previously used. I think their price is good as well.

It was good. They did a thorough job, high quality job and professional. I was dealing with the owner which I liked.

Went fine. He gave me other options such as purchasing coil and finding the leak;or buying a new unit.
