Desperate to fix water leak in front yard, had to turn our water to house off due to flooded area. Donny was able to come out the same day as promised and consult about our problem. Able to find source of problem without tearing up our yard. very professional and friendly. We realized it was a big job, so he returned in morning and began digging as promised. Excellent! Donny was at my house less than 24 hours after the initial contact. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repairs without a mess or any additional "drama." For the record, I asked him about the Angie's List reference to being uninsured. I contacted the State of Texas Licensing Board - he is fully insured. I will use his services whenever necessary!

I called Donny on Thursday afternoon and explained the problem. He said he could fit me in on Friday. Since I knew he was squeezing me in there was no time set. Donny called me and gave me 45 minutes notice that he was available. He arrived promptly, inspected the problem and went to work. His original estimate was $400 and it was completed for $333. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He explained anything I asked about and offered suggestions on some of my other projects. He never tried to sell me any additional services. I would definitely call Donny again for any plumbing needs.

Donny came twice for this problem. The first time was late in the day and the job was going to require several hours. He did a temporary fix which did well. He came out today and finished the job. He had to pull the entire toilet and replace the offset flange, then reset the toilet. He also left the work area clean.

Donny and his helper were here timely, did the work quickly and left a clean work area. I will use this company if I need a plumber again.
