Description of Work: A/c stopped cooling and my wife had her boss'es a/c service company come out. After half an hour they said we needed a new unit. A friend suggested I call Dobbs which I did. After an hour he had it working again and that was 3 weeks ago. I think it had a leak.

+ -1 moreTwo words describe Clayton: Honest and Dependable. Clayton came when he was scheduled, completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after the work was completed. He also offers a service plan to follow up to the installation. The service plan brings him back in the fall and spring to make sure that the system is in proper working order. Dobbs Heating and A/C is a family owned company, and they stand behind their work. That is a wonderful but rare quality in today's world. Dobbs Heating and A/C will be the ONLY company that we will call for future service!
Description of Work: Clayton replaced entire duct work system, and he also replaced the entire heating & A/C system, including the outside unit. He offered several options that could be taken to achieve our goal - giving us an objective overview with the advantages and disadvantages of each. We really appreciated this as we could determine what would work best for us.
