DM Basketball Play Surfaces

Overall, for the price I think the quality is good. The only issue that I had is that within a week several screws came loose and the backboard and rim almost fell down! I concluded that because most of the elements came pre-assembled that the installer did not check those nuts and bolts and assumed they were all tight. I managed with little effort to tighten the screws and now everything seems to be functioning properly. I would just make sure you have the technician double check ALL the screws are tight.

Philip at DMAC was a pleasure to work with. I had a bunch of questions about his basketball goals and he was very responsive to my emails to answer all of them. In my case, I was too far away to get the DMAC free delivery and setup, so I arranged to go pick up the unit. Philip gave me a bit of a discount since they would not have to deliver/install. They were right on time to their shop located at a storage facility and pickup went well. He was able to clearly explain the install process. Although very understandable, if you are in his delivery/setup area, use it!! The base anchors are VERY secure in the ground, but as I expected, they are definitely not easy to install. Once the anchors are in the ground, the rest is a breeze, but getting the anchors in takes quite a bit of muscle power...!! All in all, I am very happy with the goal. Looks to be good quality, Very sturdy with the additional bracing they have added to the new 54and quot; units. Would definitely use them again were I to need another basketball goal.
