After a communications issue due to understandable circumstances the work was completed.

They worked with us very well in regards to being patient with our insurance claim. There was a small mistake on the baseboards(he actually punctured a cable line). They offered to come out and fix it for free, but I ended up fixing it myself.

We bought an older home built with a Mansard roof that had been partially remodeled. The part that had not been remodeled looked quite ugly. It was tough finding a contractor that understood flat roofs (most flat roof guys only do the flat part and each one is trying to sell a specific product - foam, epoxy, TPO,....). We wanted work to be done on the sloping part of our flat roof. Gary and Ron came by and told me that they could handle it. They brought in contractors (one set of guys for the carpentry stuff, one set for the shingles, and another for the gutters) who scheduled around the weather and worked on several Saturdays. They got the required permits from the city and worked with us over concerns we had. They fixed all the problems we pointed out and repaired things that their contractors had damaged (we pointed out the slate tiles that got broken but forgot to mention sprinkler heads that had been lopped off - since the sprinklers come on at 2 a.m. we didn't notice them for a while).We had to leave town due to a death in the family and they made adjustments for all that. Over all a great experience.

We needed some closet solutions for our master closet to provide more organization. We also needed decking put down in our attic so we could store more things in there. I was referred to DFW by a builder. DFW Service Solutions did an outstanding job of being responsive, timely and very professional in all of their communications, work and follow up. The men who came to do the work were courteous and professional and clearly knew what they were doing. We are very satisfied with the finished product. I then hired DFW to repair damage done to the walls by the movers. DFW Service Solutions is a company I would definitely call again.

It was a great experience, something you almost never find in a company of this type. They were prompt and professional, and did a wonderful job. They even cleaned up after themselves.

What an amazing company!! They responded promptly, arrived on time to check the house, gave solutions on how to fix and remodel the house without spending too much money, Started the work as scheduled and finished as scheduled (regardless the fact that it rained). Gary and Ron were on site frequently, checking and making sure that I was completely pleased with the outcome. They are working with excellent people that know their trade and the price I paid for the work done was more than reasonable - GREAT JOB, HIGHLY RECOMMENDAD

I have used DFW Service solutions for several home improvement projects. Gary, Ron, and Tom are great to work with and always produce excellent results. The project was done on time and on budget. It is nice to work with remodeling professionals that are trustworthy and provide superior results. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for my home improvement projects.

Very responsive. I was contacted the very next day after I submitted my inquiry online. Inspection and quote followed soon after. Price was reasonable, and they quickly/easily accommodated my adjustments. The work was quickly scheduled and then completed in a just a few hours. The repair made it look as good as new. Overall, it was a great experience.

We started with our smallest bath. Gutted and finished out shower and floor tiles, replaced the toilet, put in pedestal sink and new faucet, new style mirror, glass shelf and textured and painted the walls and ceiling.Our 15-yr old home needed to have all of the shower fittings changed so besides the beauty of the new bath we also have plumbing that works well. The first bath remodel went so well that we jumped in and started on our upstairs jack and jill bathroom and downstairs guest bath. These remodels included a pedestal sink in one and vanities for the other, new plumbing for all and one bath we changed from tub to a shower with frameless shower doors and the full shower system that includes the extra body jets. We also added another handheld showerhead on the opposite wall and put in a small shower seat/foot niche. One was finished out with porcelain tiles and the other has floor to ceiling marble.

Excellent results. I have used DFW Service Solutions on previous home improvement projects and they continue to exceed my expectations each time I use them. The owners of the company, Gary St. John and Ron Price, are on top of the job from start to finish. After the painting was completed they had the painters return to touch up areas that did not meet their standards. It's nice to have service company where the owners are even more picky than the homeowner. Each time that I use DFW Service Solutions I am more and more impressed with the company, their contractors, and the owners. Hire these guys for any home improvement job and you will be very impressed with the results.

Things went great! They were very prompt in their response & were quick to schedule. We also had the kitchen going at the same time with them and everything was done in a week!

The team was extremely professional and punctual when they came to estimate the job. They were up front about the cost involved and the quality of work we would receive. Additionally - we discussed some other projects I needed completed and they were able to estimate those at the same time. We ended up going with another contractor based solely on price, but I wouldn't have had any qualms about using this provider.

They did a terrific job. We were comfortable leaving them alone in our house. They were responsive and conscientious and they have very reasonable prices.

Great Experience! During the first time I had Ron and Gary out it was for an estimate on an interior door. I ended up getting an estimate on my front gutters as well (that I was about to go with another company on) and they suggested having my roof looked at because they knew there had been a lot of damage in my area from hail storms this last year and it was worth having my insurance company come out and inspect my roof. (they could see some damage during their inspection). They ended up doing all 3 projects simultaneously. They were prompt and efficient, it was high quality work and the customer service from Sherry was outstanding! The whole repair was done within 3 days and for exactly the price they quoted! My roof was covered by my insurance who was prompt with their payments, but I had to work with my mortgage company as well for the payments to be issued to us. This was a long process and they worked with me during the entire process as this was all new to me and payments were coming in multiple draws. They had to fill out paperwork for my mortgage company and insurance and they were prompt with everything that was requested of them. I definitely found a company who does various projects that I am excited about using in the future as other projects come up. I couldn't be more pleased with overall experience, customer service and quality of work!

Great! First time I used this company. I found them on Angie's List. Their customer service was pleasant and quick. They came out immediately for an estimate. They ordered the door and came out as soon as it was in. They replaced the door, frame, painted the door and re-attached my security system to it. Perfect fit and no air leaks. While there for that estimate, we started talking about other estimates I wanted around the house for my never-ending list of things to do. They do everything! They gave me an estimate for my gutters that I was just about to have done with someone else, better price!, AND they inspected my roof because they knew there was a lot of hail damage in my area. I'll explain in a separate review, but short version, they were dead on and my insurance company totaled my roof and DFW Home services replaced it in 3 days of work. So they ended up doing my roof, gutters and roof all simultaneously and I couldn't have been more pleased with every aspect of them! Unfortunately we had to work through my insurance company and mortgage bank for the insurance claim which is never a painless process. They stuck with me the whole time while I got them payments in chunks as they were released by the mortgage company and were very patient and professional about the whole process. I completely appreciated their understanding. Gary and Ron were there every starting the jobs and inspecting them periodically to make sure the jobs, all the way through to clean up and inspection, met their approval. Sherry worked with me on the insurance and the appointments and was always a pleasure to deal with. I will be using them again for various other projects in the plans.

While having them out to fix an interior door (see their review under 'DOOR' category for this review), we started talking about the other projects I had going on. One being replacing my gutters. I had already had 3 gutter estimates, all the way up to the custom gutters with the guards. So I told them to go ahead and give me an estimate and I would hold off on accepting the bid from a previous company until hearing back from them. They promptly got their estimate back to me, and I was so pleased with how the entire visit went, their work on the door and conversations we had about all the jobs they do, I went with them on the gutters too. I was very pleased. They ended up replacing my entire roof as a result of this visit (see review under 'ROOFING') so they did the gutters are the same time. Their crew was fast and efficient. Everything was cleaned up. Ron and Gary both stayed on top of the job progress as well as kept me inform while we were waiting for the roofing products and door to come in. Couldn't be happier!

One Saturday night our water heater, that resides in our attic above our master bath, burst. There was so much water that it broke through the ceiling, filled and overflowed our jacuzzi tub and ran down the hall into 2 other rooms. We spent several days and nights w/ the constant noise of fans and dehumidifiers. DFW Service Solutions was the last company that I had called for an estimate. The owners came the next morning. I received the actual estimate via email w/i 48 hours. What impressed me most was the fact that they did EVERYTHING!! The other estimates I received only repaired or painted or cleaned the carpets. Once I accepted their estimate, they had a crew of 4 stripping, texturing and painted the bathroom and bedroom. The next day the cleaning lady came and did a great job. The following day they cleaned the carpets.

Their attention to detail is unsurpassed & the quality of work was so good that you can t even tell where the repairs were completed. In addition, their workers cleaned up all their mess and trash leaving no trace of our home being a major construction site. Another thing we liked was that they showed up when they said they would and were easy to contact by phone. We will definitely be using DFW Service Solutions for all of our remodeling/repair needs.

Prompt courteous and did a good job.

We called DFW Service Solutions for an estimate on a home repair job involving framing, brick repair/replacement, painting, and replacing a pre-hung metal door. They called us back, scheduled a time to come out and look at the job. They arrived promptly on time. I asked if they could email me their bid for the work, they said they could do that and I received the emailed bid later that same day. They also included bids for other home improvement projects that I mentioned while talking to them that day. Included with the emailed bids was a copy of their Certificate of Liability Insurance which I thought was very nice for them to include. We accepted their bid and they scheduled a day the following week to start the work. On the day they were scheduled to start the work, they called first thing in the morning to tell me when they'd be arriving at the house. They arrived on time, did all of the requested work without any problems and had everything completed in 3 days. They kept me informed during each stage of the project and at the end of each day, let me know what they had completed and what they planned to do the following day. I was very impressed with their level of communication regarding the project. They did an excellent job with the project and we plan to have them come back to do those extra projects we discussed on their first visit to the house.

Excellent customer service and craftsmanship. Ron Price, Gary St. John and Cary Maercklein are the owners of DFW Home Services, and acted as general contractors for my home improvement project. I have not dealt with any other home improvement company that matches them in the areas of communication, professionalism, customer service and quality of work. The floors turned out amazing. The installers did a very high quality job. Ron, Gary and Cary are perfectionists and I feel like I got the same results that you would see in million dollar homes in the park cities. Trust is a big part of a major home improvement project and Gary, Ron and Cary exceeded expectations in this area. The were here on time every day, the work was done ahead of schedule, they cleaned up every day, and above all, I trusted them in my home when I was not here. I initially hired them to do a French door installation and was so impressed with the company and results that I ended up hiring them to do over $10,000 in home improvement projects. I will certainly recommend this company to anyone looking to do home improvement projects and will definitely hire them again and again.

Excellent work from start to finish. Ron Price and Gary St. John are the owners of the company and managed every aspect of this project. I had initially received some estimates on installing the French doors in the master bath that would have resulted in either only one large door being installed or extensive demolition to tear out part of the wall, replace the header etc. Ron and Gary did not hesitate when I requested limited demo and 2 French doors. They were able to have a custom French door made to fit the existing opening with no demo at all. The trim was matched perfectly. Gary and Ron were also able to match the new closet doors to my existing doors. The doors were professionally painted with excellent results. The white paint on the new doors was a slight shade different from the existing doors so Ron and Gary had the existing doors removed and painted to match. That is an example of their excellent customer service and attention to detail. I really feel I received the same level of quality and craftsmanship that you would find in million dollar homes. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a home improvement project completed on time, on budget, and with superior results. These are the contractors that you wished you would have hired on your last home improvement project. I feel like I won the home improvement contractor lottery.

They did an outstanding paint job. They are excellent at caulking all areas. They explained in detail what they were going to do and were eager to please. They arrived at the designated time and completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up afterwards. The total experience was very good. They all are very professional. We will be repeat customers and will recommend to others.
