DFW Improved

It was great. Donny Armstrong and Matt, our project manager, were great. Everyone who came to work on our house was professional and proficient. The tile work was exceptional! Matt was totally customer focused and we are completely satisfied with DFW. Interestingly, two of the contractors we called either did not show or were non-responsive. Not what we expected from Angies list providers. We certainly will call DFW improved for any future projects.

DFW Improved repaired a hole in my ceiling that was approximately 2' x 2'. They did an AMAZING job. They were in and out within 2 hours. I couldn't believe how neat and clean they worked. They completely sealed off the area with a plastic tarp while they worked. When they were done you couldn't even tell they had been there. In addition to working very clean, the quality of their work was fantastic. They especially did a great job with matching the existing texture on my ceiling. You can't even tell where the hole used to be. I will definitely use DFW Improved again for any interior repairs that I may have.

Brian McLendon was my contact person and the one who did most of the repairs .He worked very hard to get everything completed to my satisfaction.It took longer than I had anticipated as some of the damage to the balcony was worth than we had originally estimated.

Jason Bailey was the project manager on my project. Jason was very punctual and professional. He provided excellent advice on the repairs, a detailed cost estimate and time-line for the project and took the time to walk through the estimate in person on site. At the completion of the project he made sure the project was completed to my satisfaction. Jason was very easy to reach and I was very comfortable during the performance of the project that it would be completed to my satisfaction. I will undoubtedly use DFW Improved, and Jason Bailey, in the future.

Fantastic, many subs in house, all are the best! This is at least the fifth time we have used this company.

By agreement with the owner, two men came the prior week to cut the strip off the top of the two doors so as to not slow down the other work. The wallpaper/drywall repair crew arrived on time. Were courteous and competent. The painting crew took the paint color strip and purchased the paint. Completed all painting that day. The owner came and inspected the work that evening and returned the following afternoon to receive the check for the balance due.

I contacted Garrett @DFW Improved after one of my skylights was broken by hail last month. He stopped by to check what needed to be done, ordered the replacement and Aaron installed it yesterday. They are very responsive and competent which is exactly what everyone is looking for in a contractor. This is the second time I've used DFW Improved for work at my home and I would highly recommend them.

They provided me with a reasonable estimate, and I think their work turned out quite well. They were prompt, and cleaned up thoroughly. Basically, I was very happy with their service.

Their work turned out wonderfully, and we were very happy with their service. They even went as far as having our yard mowed while we were out of town. All of the work was completed in timely manner, and I think the results of their efforts are amazing!

Absolutely awesome! The easiest and most pleasant in home repair we have ever experienced. From start to finish. Ron came to check out our needs, gave us an estimate, and we were ready to sign on immediately. We went to their showroom in Frisco and worked with Amazing Kristie decorator, who was truly a life saver with decision making! The actual work done is terrific, we are more than pleased. Cory supervised our job and consistently kept us up to the minute with delivery of granite and what we should expect. Everything we were told by anyone in the company was always right on and we never felt a worry! We plan to use them again for some additional work. DO NOT HESITATE---CAll them and set up your appointment!!

DFW Improved what to appeared to me to be a very stressful, catastrophic problem, into a routine project. They were accurate in their estimate. They showed up when they said they would. They did superb work. They finished in the time they said they would. I am extremely pleased with their work.

These guys are topnotch!! Chase Copeland & his team were great to work with on our home repairs / remodel. They were very responsive from intial contact with them and completed the project expiditiously. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. DFW Improved kept me in the loop during the entire process. The charges paid were exactly as stated in the original estimate. I couldn't have been more pleased with outcome of the project. I am glad I consulted Angie's list prior to selecting a company to work with, we were NOT disappointed. Hat's off to Chase & his entire DFW Improved team!! We will be calling them again in the near future for the next projects I have in mind.

I thought they were fine. We didn't award the business to them because of pricing.

He is a very friendly guy. They seemed to know what they were doing but they weren't the lowest priced. They were good.

I thought they were fine, professional, prompt and did everything what I wanted them to do. I just went with another because of the cost but I did find out that they do lot of other things besides painting. So I would call them again for another work.

I received a prompt response to my initial call to have someone from DFW Improved come out and assess a roofing situation that I had. Due to poor installation of a satellite dish water seeped under the shingles and rotted out some of the plywood causing the dish to topple over the roof and dangle alongside the outside garage wall. Brian came to assess the situation along with assessing another part of the roof needing shingles the wind had taken. He did an overall assessment of the entire roof which is only three years old. His conclusion was that the roof was in really good condition with the exceptions that I pointed out to him. Brian was kind enough to untether the satelltie dish that was dangling and remove it completely from the property. He also gave me an estimate that I thought to be fair. Within the week, as scheduled, Brian returned and completed the work satisfactorily. Brian is a very courteous, knowledgeable individual. He did however drop the ball with an electrical situation that I had him look at for me....maybe he didn't drop the ball, perhaps someone else at DFW Improved did. He told me that he would have the office send me an estimate to have a ballast replaced on a light fixture in the kitchen in addition to replacing a recessed light with a pendant light (I would furnish the pendant light). It's been over a week and I still have not recieved the estimate to do this particular job. Hopefully, I will soon, however, at this point in time I don't think it is going to happen.

I spoke with the sales rep to get a quote. Explained I was only available after 6 pm or the weekends. Sales rep said he was going to call me back on Friday to let me know his availability for Saturday. No call back at all. If you don't live in the area they state on their website, I suggest you don't bother with them. I live in Hurst which is not that far.

excellent experience! We had several projects that needed to be done which is why we wanted one company to oversee. Corey our project mgr assisted with each step and made sure we knew exactly what would take place and when. We had great support from their design team who worked with our budget and made great suggestions for what would look good in our house. We never felt rushed and they worked with our schedule. The contractors were all very professional and tidy as much as you can be with major construction! They paid attention to detail to and if something wasnt perfect they proactively fixed it. I am in the service industry and I felt that everyone cared that we were happy with the craftmanship. We had a couple last min upgrades that we added to our initial quote but never felt that they tried to add expenses that weren't warranted - we needed wood replaced around our garages as example. We will use in future for sure!

John was very willing to work with us to fit the repair into our schedule. Workers were prompt, clean and courteous. Job turned out great.

We were very pleased with the work done on our house. John and Jason were very helpful throughout the whole process. They always stayed in touch to let us know the status of the project. The job took longer than anticipated but much of it due to things beyond the control of DFW. The job was not finished until we were completely satisfied. I would recommend and use DFW Improved again.

This was a horrible experience, and I really felt uncomfortable by this sales rep's behavior.

Contacted DFW for estimate. Gary responed quickly and came to the house to give us an estimate. The work was completed in a professional, timely manner. John was a great guy to work with, very acommodating. While in the middle of the bathroom renovations, we asked to have the interior painting done. We had not originally planned to do this, but the estimate was so reasonable we decided to get it done. We are extremely pleased with all the work we had done. Absolutely love the new bathrooms. We would definitely hire this company again.

John was very professional and informative. Received a written proposal the next day. He was 2nd on my list of companies to paint my home. I will use them in the future.

Jason Bailey and his crew did an exceptional job for us. We had three contractors bid the project and at the end of the day our comfort level with Jason, his responsiveness and attention to detail were the deciding factors for us. The entire job start to finish was done to our exact specifications and Jason ensured that each and every touch up was completed to our satisfaction. We could not have been happier with the final result and have receommended and will continue to recommend DFW Improved and specifically Jason Bailey without hesitation.

Was very prompt and knowledgeable, however out of 4 bids they were higher than all bids submitted.
