Kelly Dane himself met with the insurance inspector and they inspected my roof together. The process was professional and very easy on my end. The roofers showed up on time and replaced the entire roof beautifully and efficiently. There was no mess and nothing left behind. They did a fantastic job and I have a beautiful new roof. They put on a high profile ridge at no extra cost and even fixed my skylight. They went above and beyond. I would use Dane Roofing again in a heartbeat and I recommend them to anyone needing any roof repair or replacement. It was a no muss, no fuss job. They were very professional and used high quality materials.

Owner met with me to determine scope of work I desired. Then he had an estimate prepared for me to review. After agreeing to have the work done, he contacted my insurance company, and coordinated the repairs with the adjuster. I contacted my renters to let them know the work was going to be done, and they indicated the roofing company had already made them aware of the work that was going to be done, and the approximate timing. After the job was completed, a small problem arose concerning a cracked skylite not noticed by the insurance adjuster or the roofer. It was quickly settled and repaired. I have not had any complaints regarding roof leaks since the work was completed.

Kelly Dane uses the latest in estimating software to get the most out of an insurance claim and get ALL the damages repaired. He personally visits the job to make estimates and oversees the work and follows up. He does all the legwork with the insurance company so I didn't have to mess with them. The work and cleanup was top notch. I can recommend him to anyone.

Kelly is very professional and I would highly recommed his service. From start to finish Kelly was prompt and responsive. He worked with the insurance appraiser and was able to work things out without me having to be involved. A few days before the work was to be performed Kelly advised me that I should move any items from around the house like bird baths, grills, furniture, etc and for me to move them just in case something was to fall off the roof. His crew arrived early in the morning and by early afternoon I received a text from Kelly that the job had been completed. When I returned home everything was cleaned up nicely and to my surprise even some of the things I had moved had been put back into place I call that going the extra mile.
