+ 0 moreThe furniture at D'Hierro is extremely well made and beautiful. The craftsmanship is excellent. The sales staff at the Southlake, TX store is friendly and very professional during the purchase process. Unfortunately, the staff needs to work harder at keeping the customer informed when there is a delay in the delivery date. The delivery of our custom table top was delayed twice. Each time we had to take the initiative and contact the staff to find out that the delivery date had been pushed back. After the first delay, the staff apologized and gave us a 'display' glass table top to use until our copper table top arrived. Where the staff needs to improve: Contacting the customer when a delivery is delayed.
Description of Work: We purchased a dining table with an iron base, copper table top, and dining four chairs. The table base and the four chairs were in stock. The copper table top had to be custom made.

The crew that installed it did a beautiful job. I think it's a great value for the quality. The customer service was great, they followed up.
