I checked Angie's List in a panic for drain cleaning and Mr. Master's name came at the top of the list. I called him and he answered on the first ring. I told him we had an emergency and water was backing up into our house. He said he would be right there. He arrived only five minutes later! He quickly diagnosed the problem, ran his drain de-clogger thing and had the problem fixed in no time. This guy was amazing! When I asked for a bill he gave me a letter with an invitation to his church stating that I could pay him a gift of what I could afford. I figured a trip charge and emergency service was worth at least $150 so that's what I paid him. Talk about "living by faith". This guy is a walking testimony! Anyway, no proselytizing was given other than that tactful letter. He accepted my check, got in his truck and went on his happy way with a smile. Why can't there be more people like him in the world?

Mr. Masters was great to work with. He arrived at the time he stated and very quickly determined the problem and fixed it. If you're looking for an honest, reliable and affordable plumber, Mr. Masters is the guy you need. We will be using him for all our future plumbing needs!!

I called in advance for the weekend, but Curtis offered to come during the week after I got home from work. He figured out what the problem was right away, how to solve it, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes! He was extremely congenial, pleasant, and a trustworthy type of guy. It's easy to tell he genuinely cares about treating people fairly.

He arrived on time, he was very nice and friendly. He knew what he was doing and got it done. He is professional, prepared, and he is fast...if ever I have another plumbing problem/project, you can bet I will call on him!

We feared that the wall would need to ripped apart to replace the shower/tub components. Curtis fixed the compressor valve and was very honest with us and said that we did not need to replace everything else. He is the nicest man. This is the first time that I have not felt ripped off by a plumber.

Called on a Saturday looking to schedule the following week. Squeezed us in that afternoon. Simple drain clearing done in 15 minutes. Exceptionally polite. Punctual and did not try to add unnecessary work.

I just had an out-of-body plumbing experience. After suffering years of repair "professionals" who are liars and thieves that deliver subpar workmanship (if any), Curtis is a breath of fresh air. I called him up and he showed up exactly when he said he would on the same day!! He unclogged the kitchen drain from the outside and then proceeded to do extra drain maintenance work for the washer/dryer, bathrooms, etc., so I wouldn't have problems down the line - just to do a Good Job. Get out of town. What impressed me most was that he didn't tell me I needed unnecessary parts replaced or dink around to pump up the billing time. And, to boot, he was polite and courteous. I don't need a ''Page of Happiness.'' I have a Plumber of Happiness. What bliss. Curtis rocks!!

Mr. Masters was on time. They checked and tightened the faucet and told me it didn't need replacing. He found the bathroom drain pipe was about 1 inch too long. They cut the pipe, cleared the drain, and told me how to prevent it from happening in the future. He was a VERY NICE MAN! Later this year, I want a new food disposal and dishwasher installed. I will definitely use Mr. Masters again.

Curtis arrived early, was very polite and professional. Whenever we need a drain line cleaned again, he's the one we'll call.

He responded promptly to our call, came out and completed the work and he and my husband determined a fair price for the work performed.

He was extremely friendly, honest, and pleasant to work with. Clearly he cares about the customer. He asks you only to pay what you think his service is worth. It's amazing and refreshing to see that these days. I recommend him highly.

Called in the morning and he was there within hours. Right on time. Knew exactly what to do and got right to it. Really nice guy would definitely recommend and use again. Gives you an envelope and asks you to pay according to his work.

The salesman did an awesome job and I will be glad to have him come drain my pipes again. The man was nice at what he was doing. He was a kind man and you can never find a man that sweet.
