I was pleased with the service and would us Mr. Masters again. He was knowledgeable and professional.

Pretty much covered it in services performed. We've had many plumbers in years past (lived here 23 years). None of them have performed like Masters did.

I strongly recommend him. He is very trust worthy.

Mr. Masters listened to my problem over the phone, said he could fix it, gave a quote, and came the same day when he said he would. He looked over the toilet with me, and told me he would use grout to level the uneven flooring beneath the toilet to prevent it from rocking, and put on a new wax seal to prevent further leaking. He took about a half an hour. I paid him what he had quoted. He also looked over the home inspection report I had done prior to moving into my home four months ago, and gave his opinion on other potential problems, and gave me a rough quote for a new hot water heater. He was polite and professional. The toilet later developed a leak at the supply line, and he came out promptly the next day, after I called him, and resolved that problem.

Amazing! It was around 6:30 p.m. when my husband tried to fix the outside water faucet that had a slow leak. I found Mr. Masters number on Angie's List and called and was amazed that he answered the phone! And then that he actually said he was out and about and would come by to take a look (we were without water and were wondering how we would take our showers, wash our hands, use the restroom, fix dinner, without water). He was here around 7 or 7:30 p.m. and stayed until the job was finished, around 10 p.m. He had to go to Home Depot to pick up a part also, but he got it done. Mr. Masters did not tell us how much to pay, he let us decide how much to pay. We will definitely use his services again.

He was prompt, courteous and friendly. He was also knowledgeable and completed the job right the first time.

Great experience from start to finish. Called Curtis around 10:30 AM and he was able to arrive at 1 PM. He was friendly and explained what he was doing. Curtis was able to finish all the work in about an hour and everything worked great when he was done.

Curtis scheduled an appointment immediately on the day after I called. He arrived on time, was warm, knowledgeable and professional, completed the work in little more than an hour, and charged a good price. We had a minor leak from an overlooked detail on one of the toilets later in the day, but discovered it and shut off the valve. We called Curtis and he was back the next day and completed the repair with no further charge. And this was two days before Christmas and Christmas Eve! We're happy to recommend Curtis' work.

He did a great job! We found him from Angie's List. His fix for the toilet problem was much better than the ideas that other plumbers were suggesting. He has you pay what you think the service is worth.

Curtis showed up, ask what the problem was, and went about fixing it. He also explained what caused the problem and how to fix it in the future if I wanted to try. He was a really nice guy. His pricing plan is very flexible and has a very Christian approach.

He was efficient and found easy fixes based on his lengthy experience. He worked straight through the list without hesitating, and his attitude was cheerful. He is a Christian; he delivers service beyond expectations. Highly recommend--I have found my plumber for life!

Cleaned it out in a couple of minutes. Charged me around $80, which I thought was reasonable.

Curtis was extremely professional and took his time to properly diagnose and fix the problem. He arrived on time, with the proper tools, and even though he had a flange that would have allowed him to complete the repair faster, he left and purchased a *better* flange anyway that would not rust. Curtis did not charge me $300--it is what I chose to pay him for his services. The previous plumber charged me less, but took half the time, allowed his apprentice to do 90% of the work, and completely botched the job.

Was extremely pleased with the service. From on-time arrival to quality of work. Will definitely use Curtis again for repairs.

Curtis is truly an amazing man. He arrived on time. I initially thought the leak was from the bathtub or shower. Curtis determined that it was neither of those but that it was the toilet that was leaking. He had all the parts with him and was finished within 45 minutes of arriving. I will definitely use Curtis again.

Curtis arrived on time and I was greeted by his wonderful smile. Took him 10 minutes to determine all my problems which he immediately tackled. I was very impressed that before he began to replace parts he checked to be certain that the problem couldn't be fixed by a simple remedy. He was in and out in little more than an hour. His kindness and professionalism was incredible. Long ago I had totally lost faith in these kind of businesses, having been ripped off too many times. Curtis is one of a kind, for sure. I will continue to use him from now on.

Called to have the stems and handles in my tub/shower replaced along with the handle on the toilet. Curtis had to go out and buy the stems and handles and showed up right on time. He checked the stems, said they did not need replacing, and just loosened the nut to make them easier to turn. He then replaced the handle on the toilet, noticed that the flapper also needed to be replaced and did that. It still was not flushing properly so he replaced the float as well. I was extremely pleased that he did not do work that wasn't needed, and fixed things that I wasn't aware were not working properly (although I did know the toilet didn't flush well).

After signing on to Angie's List, this morning, my search found Curtis Masters with an excellent record. I called him and arranged for him to come over the same day. He arrived promptly at the agreed time. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. It was evident that he knew what was needed and didn't waste time doing the job. It is interesting to note that Curtis will let you price the job. He does a lot of pro bono work and helps those on fixed incomes. I told him that I was willing to pay a professional wage. He named a very reasonable fee for which I promptly paid. I will not hesitate to call Curtis Masters, in the future, for any of my plumbing work.

I had called another company on Angie's list that didn't call me back. Mr. Masters answered the phone himself and made a appointment for the next day. He arrived within the times he stated and started to work immediately. He thought at first it might be a couple things, but narrowed it down. Found the problem quickly. He had the new parts on his truck except for one part he had to go to the store for. Very nice man. Knows his business. His prices are extremely reasonable. Will definitely call him again.

Appt. scheduled between 10am-Noon. Arrived at 10:10am and promptly went to work. He is very professional and goes above and beyond. If he sees something that might cause you a problem in the future, he fixes it on the spot. This is the 2nd time I have used him. I highly recommend him and he will be the first person I contact if and when I need any plumbing done again.

This man is an amazing person. His card reads he works for God and knows some people can't afford to have plumbing work done, to just pay what you can afford. I had a friend with this same build up problem and the plumber charged her a fortune for a whole new unit. Mr. Masters simply cleaned up the filter and the hot water was fine again. I highly recommend this wonderful kind gentleman.

Curtis was helpful and wonderful to work with. When I called to find out an estimate he asked knowledgeable questions about the problem and explained what would be required to fix it. Curtis immediately knew this would most likely not be required, but said he patch it up if needed. He arrived on time and fixed the problem as expected in less than 20 minutes saving us around $200 from the other company's estimate.
