Description of Work: 93.5 square feet of tile installed, 2 square feet of autumn mist, grout caulk (silicone grout), premium thin set for 3 bathrooms, paint and sandpaper for trim, wax rings for 3 toilets, tile was set with 1/16 inch grout lines, brick pattern with a transition at the master entrance made of autumn mist slate, remove pergo wood floors in 3 bathrooms, scrape glue from the concrete, remove quarter round cabinet trim and baseboards in 3 bathrooms and remove toilets in 3 bathrooms, remove 10 sq feet of tile in master bathroom, scrape caulk from baseboards, reset baseboards, cabinet trim and toilets, dump fees included.
